One nice lady, with whom we have been cooperating for quite a long time, told a funny story that led me to write this article. Here is the story: This friend of mine lives in Tver and works in Moscow. One day, arriving at the station, she found out that the train had been cancelled, and imagined with horror how all the passengers were now rushing to the bus. But there was nothing to do, and in order to somehow get to work, she headed to the bus stop, looking forward to riding in the last seats in the stuffiness and noise. Entering the bus, she looked around doomedly and, of course, saw only one free seat at the very end of the cabin. And then the woman from the first seat (you know, so comfortable with a table) touched her sleeve, and, removing her bag from the next seat, offered to take it. My friend was extremely surprised, and her neighbor explained to her that she had deliberately taken an extra seat so that she could later choose a travel companion. What selfishness! She not only took the best seat in the cabin, but also took the one next to it in order to choose a convenient person for the trip. Well, a very self-confident lady. She behaved selfishly, but what came of it? She herself traveled comfortably and gave the opportunity to comfortably get to work for my friend (a wonderful woman, by the way). If we fantasize, we can assume that having rested on the road, both of them were much more pleasant and efficient at work. And by taking care of herself, this self-confident lady made this world a little better! It's amazing how the world changes when we take care of ourselves. When I am a happy daughter, my mother also becomes happier, when I am a happy mother, my children are happy, when I am a happy woman, I share my happiness with a man... . So what happens when we do not allow ourselves to take care of ourselves, avoiding “selfishness”. How do you imagine a selfish person? I imagine a successful, beautiful, confident person who easily walks through life. And what does an unfortunate victim look like, always pleasing everyone except herself? Oh, I don’t even want to imagine, it’s so unpleasant. So which of them do you want to be like? I have already chosen. After all, by taking care of myself, I do not harm anyone, I make this world a little happier J. I am very interested in professionally studying psychology and I enjoy communicating with every person who turns to me. I teach classes in an effective eating behavior correction program aimed at weight loss, and every time, with each new participant, I discover the joys of SLIMMENESS. Sincerely, Elena.
