Tears and screams or moans and whims, physical discomfort and emotional instability, and there are also various other unpleasant manifestations of premenstrual syndrome. Many women suffer from this phenomenon, and men suffer along with them =) ... Quite a few medical and psychological articles have been written on this topic, and I propose to look at this situation through the eyes of the “Slim Girl.” Many people are familiar with “menstrual gluttony” or craving for sweets in this period. What does this come from? And the main thing is what to do about it, because you really want to maintain your slim figure and feel comfortable. My dear Slim girls! You are beautiful. You are beautiful all day and all year round, regardless of the monthly cycle! Do you agree with me? Then let's figure out where overeating during PMS comes from. Currently, life presents a woman with many very contradictory demands. We, modern ladies, ladies and girls must be both assertive in order to succeed in our careers, and touchingly vulnerable in order to attract a man. We receive several higher educations and engage in personal growth in order to set the right example for children, while we dye our hair diametrically opposite to our native color and buy exotic outfits, thus trying to relieve stress. But no one canceled dinners, pots and pans and cleaning... This rhythm of life certainly develops, but you have to pay for everything, and this payment can be different. You can pay for wasted nerves and damaged relationships by giving yourself, for example... PMS. And you can pay for the extra pounds that are gaining while their owner feels sorry for herself with sweets and tasty things. And you can throw up your hands, complaining about the difficulties of life and the inevitability of the monthly cycle, or you can think about it in advance, take precautionary measures. The tension that merges into this vague concept - PMS accumulates over the course of a month. What for? What would then be a reason to suffer?! Remember the joke: “You don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t overeat. How do you relax? - And I don’t tense up!” And maybe not everyone can live stress-free and not always, but how do you compensate for tension? After all, if you don’t compensate for it, it compensates for you. Think about how you can take care of yourself today without using self-destructive behavior (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, overeating...)? I’ll give you a hint: anything that feels good to your body and soul will do. : bath or shower, massage, dance, walk, fitness, aromatherapy, singing and much, much more... And maybe then, on your “critical” days, you will please yourself and your loved ones with your especially soft and feminine behavior. And the body will “thank” you for your care with harmony and the joy of existence. And if you want to receive professional support on the path to yourself and your harmony, come to our classes “Slimness as a new level of successful life.” With us you can lose weight easily, comfortably, and have fun. The surrounding reality is full of conflicts and stress. And often the inability to behave confidently prevents us from establishing close relationships, even with those people who play an important role in our lives. And in order to avoid painful loneliness, it is so important to be able to create and maintain close and comfortable relationships in which you can find support, warmth and participation. By learning to better understand yourself and your partner, you can create relationships that satisfy and develop the couple. For this, there are many trainings, programs, courses. For you, I offer a special lesson in my “Slimness School”, it is called “System of comfortable relationships in the family and at work” If You want to be able to understand a person’s type in a few minutes, you want to get to know and understand your loved ones better, you want to speak in such a way as to be heard, then this lesson is intended for YOU. Welcome! Sincerely, Elena.
