The degree of need for attention is different for all children - it depends on their age, on temperament, on the forms of interaction accepted in your family. Children need our attention. Therefore, spend time with your child - do not forget to discuss how his day went, introduce unique rituals into your life, such as time for conversations during joint lunches or dinners, time before bed when you can discuss intimate things or just be together, evening walks... It is important for children to feel our presence in their lives, our support and attention. If you are very busy and your child requires your attention, tell him how long it will take for you to be free and able to help him. Help your child learn to occupy himself independently (you don’t need to do everything for him, give him hints, guide him). However, here you should not get carried away with TV or other gadgets - sometimes it helps when you urgently need to do something, and the child requires attention, and then your favorite cartoon comes to the rescue, but if this is a systematic action, then the child goes into an alternative world of reality, which creates addiction in him. It is important that the child learns to independently find something to do, play, interact with other people. I recently found on the Internet a great way to teach your child not to interrupt when you are talking to someone - teach your child to come up and put his hand on top of you at such moments your hand. The point is that you hold the child's hand in yours until you finish, after which you turn around and now the child can ask what he wanted. This allows the child not to interrupt you, withstand pauses, and solves the problem very gently, without additional moralizing about how rude it is to interrupt others and butt into conversations..
