Knowing your pedigree expands the horizon of your worldview. A person begins to see himself not only in the sex role-playing games of our time, but also in historical discourse. Along different lines, he can simultaneously turn out to be both white and red, he can move from one landowner (owner/employer) to another, and maybe 250 more years ago to have my own big business. He could bury his young wife in the century before last, and he himself could be shot in the 1930s on the denunciation of the woman he rejected. He may now be drawn to America because a hundred years ago his ancestor returned from there for Something...Everyone has their own passages hidden in their genealogy. In order for the picture to be more complete, more objective, it is better to get acquainted with it through documents, which, unlike a genogram, presupposes a family tree. Find out, understand, recognize, reflect, receive a clearly formulated message, make an informed choice - this, in my opinion, is the main thing the meaning of referring to a pedigree in the context of psychology.
