“What’s so special about being overweight? It’s not written on me how much I weigh. And why is everyone so worried about being overweight? It doesn't affect anything anyway. You don’t need any special cereals (cocktails, supplements, pills), or special forms of behavior (diets), or special physical activity. It’s enough just to return to NORMAL behavior. Eat normally - when you’re hungry and until you’re full. Sleep normally - get enough sleep. Move normally - walking with pleasure. Communicate normally with people (including yourself) - respectfully and sincerely. What could be more natural?! With such harmonious behavior, life is joyful and easy. Yes, there are difficult moments in life, but if you DO NOT seize them, but resolve them, then they do not become destructive stress, but a developing life experience.
