The personal world of each person is overflowing with various kinds of tasks and affairs that need to be completed. An irregular daily routine exhausts us. And often we cannot fully restore the loss of strength and energy. But the body’s energy balance can be maintained during the working day through simple exercises: Relaxation. Straighten up and lean back in the chair (if possible, take a horizontal position), shoulders relaxed, back straight (required), eyes closed. Next, we perform the breathing exercise as follows: counting silently to five - inhale, hold your breath for three seconds and exhale for five counts (do not strain while holding your breath). Activation. The exercises are performed standing, the back is straight, the shoulders are straightened, relaxed. Stretching exercises - we stand on our toes, raise our arms up (palms facing each other) and stretch as high as possible. Turns - we perform light smooth rotations in various joints (elbows, shoulders, hip joint). Tilts (perform any tilt while inhaling). “Jumping” (meaning small jumps, almost without lifting the feet from the surface, arms relaxed). This technique is often used by athletes involved in martial arts; when they enter the mat or ring a few minutes before the fight, they jump on their toes, but the body is relaxed, thus relieving excess tension. Gymnastics for the eyes. Mandatory every hour for those who spend most of their working time at the computer or fill out various types of paperwork. These include: rotation of the eyes clockwise and counterclockwise, frequent blinking, focusing on the tip of the nose and the bridge of the nose. And in conclusion, I would like to give two more recommendations that will help you perform these exercises. Get out of your head the thought that you don’t have time to complete this complex (this is a lie!). Even in the busiest of schedules, you can set aside 3-5 minutes to unwind. The next recommendation is directly related to the previous one. Stop being dramatic! People tend to exaggerate the volume of work that has piled up and, as a result, such statements appear - “I don’t have time...”, “I don’t have the opportunity...”. They prevent us from starting to do anything at all. Adopt the proposed principles, and you will feel that by the end of the working day you have much more strength and energy. Yes, and completing the assigned tasks will happen several times faster if we are calmer and more charged.
