Have you heard the expression: the more people I get to know, the more often I like dogs? Over the years of consulting, I hear the phrase so often from clients that I began to believe in the purpose for my ears. And today there was an insight that a person’s life path is so closely connected to a person’s thoughts that he ceases to perceive reality. One carelessly spoken word can erase the entire meaning of life, which at the most crucial moment causes indifference even to oneself, not to mention environment. A person is entirely dependent on his own thoughts. And the less “garbage” they contain in the form of advertising, TV series, news feeds and repeated flashbacks, the easier and calmer the thought process. Currently, I observe a large number of people, detached from the real state of affairs, who have gone into the virtual or TV series, who judge life with imposed patterns, as if they have become the guru of other people's destinies. In fact, a person can talk for hours only about what worries him, overcoming emotional wounds through words. And the more intense the moment, the more words he utters about himself and his pain. If you want to get to know a person, give him the opportunity to speak out, a wise grandmother told me when I was still a child. And to this day, her words are like a balm for me. And if we return to the phrase about dogs, then I am very sorry that a person does not even think about the idea that all troubles come from himself. Each time repeating the same phrase, the person seems to return to the original position, which led him to such a thought, providing him with a cozy justification in abundance. As a result, almost every saying becomes a litmus test on the path to a deterioration in the internal state and external manifestation. The personality is destroyed from the inside, succumbing to the temptation to become like evil. Life in goodness and peace with oneself leaves hope for the disappearance of the trials prepared by fate, because fate is nothing more than a lack of choice, a hike along a narrow path on a serpentine road or like an equilibrist at the top. Is this really so? We’ll talk in the following publications...
