The human mind is a complex and amazing system, capable of creativity, intellectual achievement and deep emotional experiences. However, as with any software system, it can also contain destructive programs that can cause serious damage. In the modern world, where information technology is occupying an increasingly important position, it has become obvious that destructive programs of the human psyche can be contagious. One of such dangerous programs is “self-doubt”. It not only negatively affects self-esteem, but also prevents you from acting confidently and hinders development and self-realization. Self-doubt replaces self-confidence and encourages fear of failure. And as a result, many talented people are lost and will not be able to reach their potential. Another destructive program that sets fire to the human psyche is “fear of failure.” This is a lack of confidence in one’s abilities and vivid feelings about the possible consequences of failure, which prevent one from taking risks and taking new steps in one’s life. Fear of failure slows progress and forces you to remain in your comfort zone, where no growth or development occurs. The “catastrophic thought” program also thrives in the psyche of many people. Focusing on negative scenarios and constantly expecting disaster leads to chronic anxiety and a pessimistic outlook on life. A catastrophic thought creates unnecessary stress and does not allow you to feel joy and happiness. However, despite the fact that destructive programs are inside us and can be activated quite easily, we, as writers of our destiny, have the opportunity to rewrite them. Through self-analysis, positive mental attitudes and mindfulness, we can identify and overwrite these negative programs, replacing them with constructive and positive thoughts. Thus, destructive programs of the human psyche are an integral part of the life of every person. They can limit our development and prevent us from achieving success, but with enough diligence and desire, we can reprogram our psyche for the benefit of ourselves and those around us.________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you are a psychologist, art therapist and interested, this is where professional development and internal growth become important.
