Children on leashes In the world, everything is relative and the same theories, hypotheses, panaceas that trends and social networks push us cannot be applied to everyone. It's not effective. Example 1. In China, you can often see children on a sort of modernized leash. “Zoo, they treat children like dogs!😱” - foreigners exclaim. But if you get over the shock and get acquainted with the statistics of child abductions, for example, and also take into account the fact that a crowd here is created in about one flutter of eyelashes, in which it is naturally easy to get lost, then leashes do not seem such a wild idea, but quite the contrary. Example 2. With the development of social networks, psychology is gaining popularity, which is good news. Everyone has clearly mastered such concepts as “personal boundaries”, “abuse”, “self-love”. There is a person who does not know how to build contact with another person, his border is reinforced concrete, for his own reasons. And any social relations one way or another imply the merging and blurring of these very notorious boundaries. And then he sees the advice of the hype psychologist that he needs to defend his boundaries and block all “abusers” from his life. The concrete wall is strengthened, everyone who wants to make contact is perceived as an enemy, and the person remains lonely and unhappy. But relying on the psychologist’s message, which was liked by 100 thousand people, gives him confidence in his delusion. Example 3. There is an infantile codependent girl who every year becomes stronger in the opinion that she cannot do anything. And then she takes a course from a popular psychologist “How to make a man pay for everything.” The situation with addiction worsens, the person lives in fear, anxiety, and neurosis develops. But relying on the mass exchange rate makes her continue to live blindfolded. So much for psychology 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s like a knife in the hands of a killer or surgeon, the influence can be both creative and destructive. Picking up fashion trends is dangerous, eating all the information garbage is dangerous. As a person who has completed 100,500 courses, I have long concluded for myself that in addition to long-term personal therapy, where your situation and your background and circumstances are considered exclusively, and group therapy with real contact with people, it is better for self-knowledge, growth and influence on overall well-being your life - there is nothing! After yesterday’s session on Gestalt, I realized that in terms of value, there is little that can compare with live contact with a person. When you consume content, the contact is one-way. But the therapist or participants who give you live reactions without embellishment - that’s what’s truly effective. If you are ready for REAL work, I’m looking forward to meeting you. Write the word “meeting” in private messages and we will decide on a time to call.
