From the author: For a year now I have been writing notes “Diaries of a Slim Girl,” and now for me this is no longer just an advertisement, but a special space for reflection and experimentation. I would be interested in receiving feedback from those who read my notes. What do you think about the topic under consideration? Autumn. November is one of the darkest months. There is very little sun, it is dank, cold and dirty... . In the morning before the start of the working day it is still dark, and after finishing work it is already dark. Drivers complain about washed-out roads, pedestrians about puddles and dirt on sidewalks. Many people are overly irritable or apathetic…. How can you help yourself get through this not the most fun time of year? The simplest thing that immediately comes to my mind is to drink tea with honey and mint, or raspberries or lemon... But, STOP! How not to get carried away and add extra buns and cakes to your tea. It's so easy to lose your slimness. After all, food, especially sweet food, is a good antidepressant, and after eating a piece of cake your mood really lifts. For a while... and then, when your favorite trousers don’t fasten, when fat folds stick out from under your jumper, your mood drops very much... Let’s think about this now, in advance. Let’s think about how to live joyfully in November, December and other “... re" and at the same time remain slim J. 1. Include healthy foods in your diet that will help you support yourself at the chemical level. Attention! These products will help only if they become part of the diet, and are not added beyond the norm or in excess quantities J. So these are: rye bread, dark chocolate, bananas, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables. 2. Enjoy your meal. This will be helped by beautiful, maybe new, dishes, some serving and decoration of dishes, pleasant music, candles and, most importantly, a leisurely, respectful approach to the meal process. 3. “Movement is life.” Do you know about this? And how much did you move today? But yesterday? Movement does not necessarily mean working up a sweat in the gym. This could be a pleasant walk under an umbrella to the sound of rain, a Latin American mix while cooking dinner or cleaning J, or a set of pleasant, specially selected exercises for 15 minutes in the morning, lunch and evening. 4. Plan a small gift for yourself every day. It can be anything, but if you care about being slim, it’s better not a food gift. Maybe you will buy new warm slippers for the house, or a bright notepad for taking notes at work, or watch your favorite childhood cartoon about Boniface, or devote an hour to singing karaoke... . These little joys are the treasures of life that are always available to you. You can enjoy them alone, or you can share them with people close and not so close. 5. Imagine! Imagine, when you are eating in a cramped minibus, that the sun is shining on you..., remember how the voices of birds sound..., how the stream is murmuring... Have you noticed that the snowflakes, as they descend, swirl in the rhythm of a waltz? Try to count it while walking... :).And also DEVELOP. The development process is so exciting and carries so much joy that it simply leaves no room for autumn blues.
