A person’s attitude towards himself largely determines the quality of life. At the same time, the attitude is only, as is commonly believed, self-esteem. After all, in essence, self-esteem is when a person evaluates some of his actions or character traits. Among other things, it is extremely important for any of us how much we trust ourselves, and, accordingly, how adequate our self-esteem will be. The issue of self-confidence is closely related to self-confidence, because it is no secret that in order to achieve some results a person has to take risks, and this can be done successfully only by trusting oneself. Believing in oneself, in one’s own strengths, allows a person not only to strive and achieve some heights, but also to feel more comfortable in everyday life. After all, you see, it’s more pleasant to be confident in the correctness of your choice in some situation than to worry and doubt. Trust and self-belief are built primarily on self-acceptance. In other words, on how a person accepts himself for who he really is. But in order to accept yourself, you need to be honest with yourself, since it is honesty that will largely influence a person’s results. Some people, trying to look more prosperous, try to play with self-confidence, in this way they want to prove to others that everything is fine in their lives. But in reality, such people often find themselves in situations that, to put it mildly, can be called unpleasant. This happens because by deceiving themselves, overestimating their strengths, people make choices that negatively affect the quality of life. Excessive self-confidence, which is not based on real self-acceptance, and therefore knowledge of oneself and one’s true capabilities, is more likely to be harmful to a person. The opposite can be considered a person’s lack of self-confidence. This attitude will also not have a positive impact. And at the heart of this feeling (uncertainty) there will be an expectation of guilt. In other words, a person who feels very insecure subconsciously fears becoming guilty in any situation. It is the fear of guilt that steals confidence. But here it should be understood that a person can perceive the feeling of guilt in very different ways. Someone is afraid of guilt due to the fact that any defeats are treated very globally, giving them very important meaning, and this will make suffering very painful, someone is afraid that the feeling of guilt will make him unattractive in the eyes of those around him, because they don’t like the guilty . Self-confidence is, in essence, an internal compass that allows a person to more accurately determine which choice, and in which situation, will be useful for him, and what could become dangerous. You need to deal with your self-confidence. I can help with this as part of an online consultation. You can sign up by writing me a personal message. Live with joy! Anton Chernykh
