I really believe that each of you will remember at least one day in your life, when everything was going well and your inner smile did not leave you all day, when someone perhaps wanted to confess your love, when there was so much energy that you glowed and those around you involuntarily paid attention to you. And no provocations could make you angry. Such a day can easily be called a day of love! Why not live the day of love right tomorrow, tuning in to it from the moment you wake up! Even if you almost didn’t get enough sleep, when you open your eyes, tell yourself: how great it is that I live and I deserve all the best and best right now in the present moment and in the present day. Make a wish for the day to become joyful, light and filled with meaning. Well, there is only one meaning: to learn to love or remember what it means to love. Each of us has this ability to love. So, on the day of love, ask for help from the Higher Self as a part of the Creator to discover this very meaning in the present moment, without particularly thinking about the topic of love. Forget about TV on this day, because it has long been no secret that most TV information is presented in a special way through evaluative frames. Their purpose is programming, which you don't need. It’s better to look for inspiring music on a whim; everyone has their own music according to the vibrations of their soul. When you leave home for work or just to run errands, ask your mental space to be favorable to you all day. Pay attention to the sky, trees, birds, houses, people. But try to simply observe everything without evaluation and judgment, only observing beauty and harmony. Do your job or daily chores (like cooking) with love. You'll love it. A sure criterion that love has turned on will be emotionally pleasant feedback from people. And most importantly: throughout the day, try to see only the good in everything and everyone, do not insult anyone, do not express complaints, do not demand anything, but give it yourself - at least give a smile and a pleasant word.
