IF YOU ARE READY TO SAY TO YOUR ILLNESS: “GOODBYE!” Quite often clients come to the appointment with questions about various somatic ailments. Pain, illness, lack of desired pregnancy, illness tells in its own language what is hidden from our consciousness. To understand where to look for healing, ask yourself questions: - WHAT DOES DISEASE INTERFERE? What to do, what to face, etc.? - WHAT DOES A DISEASE FORCE YOU TO DO SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE NOT DONE BEFORE? Rest more, take care of yourself, change your diet, start refusing someone, etc. The purpose of the disease can be the desire to attract attention, avoid something or get something, force a person to change their usual way of life life. Illness is always an internal conflict between the deepest needs of the soul and our usual “I want and must” and “I want and cannot.” Getting rid of suffering means changing the patterns of behavior that led to the onset of the disease. They may contain: 1. Emotional reactions - anger, irritation, boredom, emotional dullness, anxiety, fear, excitement, humility, humility, powerlessness, disgust. 2. Thoughts, beliefs - it must be done, it is inconvenient, I must, they must, this is unacceptable, etc. 3. Lifestyle - nutrition, rest, physical activity. 4. Behavioral habits - ways to resolve conflicts, ways to set goals and achieve them, life strategy. I work with psychosomatics. And there were several cases when miraculous deliverance did not happen((. Clients came with pain in their arms and legs. The limbs refused to obey - to walk, bend, there was a loss of sensitivity. The doctors did not find any functional disorders. Already at the first meeting, they were able to find the reasons. Metaphorically they sound something like this: “my legs can’t carry me there (I don’t have the strength to walk there)” and “horses are dying from work (and their limbs are twisted and painful).” But it turned out that it’s easier to live with an illness than to take responsibility and make decisions about changes. Yes, it happens. Each of us chooses how to live our lives.
