What percentage of you do you think is introjected? That is, how many imposed attitudes do you follow in your life? Adequate self-esteem is, among other things, an understanding of imposed beliefs and how you are guided by them. How are introjects related to the ban on rest? Let's discuss.Have you ever sat up late at night in front of the TV or reading a book? I get it regularly. Yesterday, for example, I was watching one of the episodes of “The Big Bang Theory” on the machine for the fifth time, and my left eye was twitching. I sit and think: “Or sleep.” But I'm sitting. Why? But try to guess! On Saturday morning I decided to lie around (my wife was walking the dog, they didn’t bother me) and my great-grandfather called. "Are you sleeping"?! - he was surprised: “Ha, ha! It’s already ten o’clock”!? And it's always been like that since birth. Introject – “life is in motion”, “after death we will rest” and similar attitudes. And I understand everything, but from time to time awareness fails. My colleague has an introject - this is “young people don’t go to bed early.” And so she mops the floors, dances in the club until 3 am, and at 6 am she is already cheerful and cheerful, rushing to work. Only the body wears out over the years and such a rhythm of life leads to chronic fatigue. And she is ashamed to go to bed at 22:00. I'm ashamed of myself. After all, you need to recognize and self-evaluate yourself as a matured person who has little strength. “It’s time for work, but time for fun,” I remember Alla Borisovna Pugacheva sang in my childhood. There was another clip there, of her with a wet rag on her head and a mop in her hands. “It’s time, it’s time. Yes-yes-yes-yes-yes-yes-yes! And so, verse by verse, the introject is driven into the head. And then you are ashamed to have fun. “He who works as he eats also eats.” And so people stuff themselves with snacks on the go, sitting in front of their monitors, realizing the myth of multitasking. There is no time to eat, you have to work. “He who does not work knows no rest.” Another proverb to justify workaholics and burnout professionals. “He who gets up early, God gives to him.” And so on and so forth. What attitudes fill you and guide your actions? Write them down, maybe not right away. It can be done gradually. And after they are on paper, reformat them into positive and constructive ones. To correspond to your reality. For example: “In movement there is life and in rest there is life, everything is harmonious”, “After death we will rest and during life we rest”, “There is time for work, and equal time for fun”, “Whoever eats, works” and so on Further. What kind of introjection (attitude) will you change and how will you change it? #psypvg #pg_confidence With respect to you, practicing psychologist Pyotr Galigarov. I invite you to consultations.
