Psychotherapy is a unique personal experience where the patient learns to understand himself and manage his emotions. Together with the therapist, he relives his story, understands how he reacts to events in life, and also learns to be himself. This is not an easy path, but its results are simply stunning. The patient receives an answer to the question: “Who am I?”, begins to better understand himself and his desires, and establishes relationships with his partner. I provide support to clients along this path. Most of the problems that patients come to me with are relationship problems. For over 10 years in personal or couples therapy, I have been helping my clients return love to their couples and live happier lives. And I am glad that I can now offer clients group therapy, one of the most effective methods for working with relationships. What relationship problems do most people experience? Over many years of practice, I have heard various requests for therapy related to relationship problems: “I don’t care.” love”, “They don’t understand me”, “I don’t get what I want in a relationship”, “The relationship is unstable and I’m anxious”, “I’m afraid to enter into a relationship - it was a traumatic experience”, “I don’t trust others, I’m always deceived and are used”, “I am afraid that I will be rejected, so I do not enter into close relationships, I am only at the level of superficial relationships”, “I do not like my relationships”, “My relationships are negative and painful”. In each of these requests your own pain, your own personal tragedy and your own reasons for being unhappy. And if nothing is done, the situation will not change, a person will not be able to be happy and live a full life. How can these problems be worked out in a group? A group is a social system, like a family. 👪 Your current relationship problems stem from your past experiences. Perhaps in your family there was no mutual respect, understanding, acceptance, no one explained to you why dad is angry or why mom is unhappy. You build your adult relationships only according to the likeness and experience that you know. Or, you are trying to create an ideal relationship based on your negative experience, but you have to spend a lot of effort, not be yourself and wait for a catch. In the group there is a unique opportunity to see your patterns and ways of communicating with people, your defenses, masks, and all that What have you been hiding from yourself for a long time? In a group, you can learn to build relationships with others in a new way, not based on fear and ideals, but by opening up and remaining yourself. Therefore, I encourage everyone who has problems in relationships to enroll in a psychotherapeutic group. We all need love. We want to find the one or restore harmony in the couple. To be happy and loved 💛 Maybe you should stop wasting your resources on dissatisfaction and unsettlement? And it’s time to focus your energy on working with yourself! Soon I will begin accepting applications for participation in the second stream of the psychotherapy group. To leave a request for early booking and discuss the conditions - write to PM.
