From the author: For a year now I have been writing notes “Diaries of a Slim Girl”, and now for me this is no longer just an advertisement, but a special space for reflection and experimentation. I would be interested in receiving feedback from those who read my notes. What do you think about the topic under consideration? It’s a joy to wake up in the morning and... say “thank you” to the alarm clock! Admire the soft light from the street and be surprised at your beautiful body freeing itself from under the blanket... . You can happily take a shower or do light exercises while already anticipating the smell of coffee. And in a heavy pot, brewing a fragrant invigorating drink is a special, almost magical action... Stir it clockwise with a spoon, watching the formation of foam, enjoy moments of peace and a little more sleepily turn over the upcoming tasks in your mind today. Calmly and thoroughly pour coffee into your favorite cup, add a spoonful of cream, a pinch of cinnamon and honey. Toast made from bread with cereals will perfectly complement cottage cheese and a slice of fish or meat... While having breakfast, you can listen to the crunch of the toast, the smell of coffee and the patter of autumn rain on the kitchen window. You can feel the fullness of pleasure from simple habitual actions and from the fact that there is a wonderful day ahead... . The day is beautiful just for what it is. There is one more day to enjoy life and give this joy to others, making the world a little better with every smile, every warm word. One day, having already sat down in the minibus, I discovered that my wallet was missing from my bag. I was very upset because I risked being late for a work meeting. But the girl sitting next to me said that this had happened to her too, and she wanted to help me. This girl paid for my fare. I thanked her and thought that, probably, she, too, had a good morning. How is it that some people have good mornings and days and evenings, and life in general, while others are always unhappy, depressed or angry ? And what’s surprising is that it rains the same for everyone, we travel in the same minibuses, we live in the same country. So what is the difference between happy and unhappy our fellow citizens? Do you think everything is simple? I suggest a small test. Answer the questions sincerely and without thinking for a long time: Do you agree that ALL people (I mean healthy people) are KIND? Is your life created for joy? Are you happy with your body? Do you feel grateful to your parents? Are you happy with your husband (wife) and your children (if you already have them)? Do you enjoy your work? Notice that I didn’t say “always”, but by and large, do you agree with these words? I’m happy for you if you agree. You’re the one holding the door , so that it is convenient for those behind you to come out. It is you who smiles when you walk towards me and other people. It is you who let old men and women with babies go ahead in the queue at the supermarket. It is you who do NOT allow the sale of alcohol and cigarettes to teenagers. It is you who can openly and respectfully tell a stranger that you cannot smoke at the bus stop and throw garbage on the ground. It is you who wake up in the morning joyfully, and you are confident in yourself and that you are beautiful just like everyone and everything around. Every time I meet such a person on my way, I feel gratitude to him, because I know with what daily work he earns this joy of existence. I know this well, I help people who come to me for professional psychological help. My clients are amazing, not ordinary people. People for whom it is not enough to simply exist, subject to circumstances. Every day you are looking for new ways to realize your best desires. Today you are already finding new opportunities to live brightly and richly. And once upon a time our acquaintance began with your question: “How ...?” How to live slim? How to understand children? How to understand your spouse? How to be more feminine? How to negotiate with parents? How to negotiate with colleagues? How to know yourself and find peace ?How to achieve goals?
