From the author: Quantum transition In our country, for some reason, through all the media, and especially through television, there is intense panic among the population associated with the approaching “end of the world.” The explanation for this may be very simple. This state of affairs is beneficial only to dark forces who try to keep as many people as possible in a low-frequency state - fear. On December 21, the peak of the quantum transition will take place, which has been going on for several years and means the end of people’s lives in the material world at a frequency of low vibrations. The transition also means the end of the divine experiment, which gave people independence in choosing the path for their development, and it, alas, turned out to be not the best. The quantum leap will happen instantly - the frequency of this world will increase to the level of the Creator’s frequency. Not all people will be able to be in resonance with these high vibrations, i.e. maintain purity of thoughts and deeds. During the transition, chronic or old diseases may worsen, as well as psychological problems and complexes. This may prevent you from perceiving and reacting to what is happening adequately, but it is necessary - this is how the process of physical, mental, spiritual, mental cleansing of the body goes on. I would like to advise, especially people of the older generation, to first calm down, try to keep a positive attitude towards what is happening, to produce imagine high-frequency states of consciousness - love, friendliness, joy, enthusiasm. According to Vedic traditions, this is a state of goodness, which is characterized by calmness, happiness, understanding, love, sobriety of thinking, spirituality, rationality, positive emotions, and health. You can significantly alleviate your condition during the Transition by giving up alcohol, drugs, smoking, negative information on TV and in the press (films, shows, news), heavy music, and an unfavorable atmosphere in the family. Welcome: vegetarian food, spiritual practices in the form of prayers, meditations, breathing exercises, yoga. It is also necessary to tell your family and friends about current and upcoming events and, thus, prepare them, because the main condition for a successful transition is awareness, calm and awareness.
