260579 (87hp) | Congratulations, and I hope we see photos of it too. And you also have the big diesel. Too bad it's so expensive with powerful engines here. Right now there's a light use of the F11 for sale here in Norway, and it costs around £138,000 fully loaded..
dashenka (91hp) | Congratulations, sleepless nights ahead, I bet.
050888 (146hp) | Thanks guys! Yes, although I am old enough to know that there will be sleepless nights! Renmib is a crazy price! You have all this oil revenue, why is the government taking so many taxes ???

topaze (827hp) | Hey Indus, it's worth the wait, just had mine on the highway today, the pull from 70 at a naughty speed was fantastic! I love the car, it's a great piece of kit......Enjoy mate!!

bigdick123 (180hp) | Indus, congratulations buddy, I can't wait to know the full specifications and especially the photos!!!

120287 (419hp) | Thanks guys. I also arranged to have the detailing of the new car done before delivery. BMW offers this supa guard thing for Ј300 but I've heard bad things about it. It is often misapplied either by young people at the dealership or by subcontractors to a company who receives a fairly modest sum and thus provides a service accordingly. Improperly applied, it can actually do more harm than good. I pay 300 Ј but for that price this guy is going to spend about 6-8 hours in the car, inside and out. I think on a black car it's a worthwhile investment. He asked me to tell the dealer not to even wash the car because it often causes swirl marks. http://www.gleammachine.net/ I will take some before and after photos

I detailed the 550i M sport Before the collection this time, it looked great.

falcon123 (876hp) | Indus, I think you're smart too. I have no knowledge of this product but plan to do a similar thing upon delivery. I arrange Swissvax Crystal Rock treatment, a little cheaper than your treatment but not by much. Guaranteed for 2 years and I saw his shop and his work. He is one of only 14 qualified to do so in Germany. With the CB, I really wanted to be able to do a quick wash and wipe on a Saturday and it would be like a liquid finish. In 2 years I could easily pay over 400 euros for mediocre details at stores around town, but I stopped going there and doing my own because they sucked. The Swissvax Crystal Rock will give me a great professional base to work from..

joey69 (846hp) | I'm planning to place an order for a 535xi tomorrow (assuming I don't bail at the last minute). I'll get pretty much every option available, including 6NR (mobile app readiness, available for March 2011 releases). I currently use both an iPhone and iPod touch in my car. I assume there won't be any issues or limitations with this setup (unlike using the iPhone as both a phone and a music player). Does anyone want to comment?

143445254 (48hp) | Hi! Does anyone know if it is possible to install an aftermarket/OEM CD tuner in the F10? I have a nice combo (CD/CPU) that I would like to install in my F10. But from what I've read (I haven't taken delivery of the car yet) it seems tricky to do?!?
pattie (606hp) | Hi everyone, Does anyone have an idea when production of the 2012 models will begin? I'm planning to make an ED purchase in the summer, but figured I might as well wait another month and let it become 2012. Any feedback or experiences would be appreciated!

joseph! (290hp) | 535 xi owners - does your steering wheel vibrate when idling? I noticed that mine vibrates when the engine is running between 600 and 1100 rpm, the RMPs are around 1000 when the car is cold and the wheel vibrates then. Also, when you rev it up, the steering wheel vibrates when passing through the range 600-1100..

cirrus (84hp) | Hello everyone, After four months of looking for a vehicle, I finally decided to order the 550i. I really struggled between the supercharged XJL and this one, but ultimately the Jaguar didn't have any tech bits that I really like. We may regret not having this powerful engine which made a nice noise but there will always be next time. I ordered the dark graphite with an oyster/black interior. Thanks to everyone here for posting your photos, it made research and decisions much easier. My local BMW dealer mainly sells Kias and Subarus, so I had to go with the invisible color options. I ordered it with all the options because I have a strange illness and if I don't I won't be happy with the vehicle. I didn't order the msport or the ski bag though, kudos to me for being brave. I prefer the look of the non msport ones. Does anyone else here have this problem with the options? Sometimes I hate BMW for offering so many unnecessary options for this reason. I will be sure to contribute to the photo collections when the vehicle arrives. Regarding this article, I remember that in this forum or the other someone had mentioned that dark graphite is similar to Mercedes steel gray. My GLK is Steel Gray and I love that color. Can anyone here confirm the similarities? From the photos I've seen, I assume the dark graphite is a bit darker, but I can never tell with some cameras. Thanks everyone, it's a great board and everyone here is wonderful. I can't tell you how much time I spend reading all the articles, not just this forum but all of them, even those with vehicles that don't interest me. Great place to be and hang out after a long day at work.
luv2fish (182hp) | Steel gray is lighter and contains more blue than dark graphite which can almost appear black in low light conditions. Both colors are very pretty, I prefer the lighter steel gray.
jenny11 (111hp) | I also prefer the Standard edition to the M-sport, it becomes too plastic at the front. It reminds me of a Subaru or Japanese drift racing. But I'm a little afraid of changing my mind in a few years.

microwave1 (890hp) | Hi guys, A friend of mine is about to order a 7 series and he asked about the future changes coming. I was told that a new version of the HUD would be available from March 2011 with more colors displayed. In the case of navigation it will display streets etc. Additionally, it will be possible to order matte colors (black, ice gray) through the individual program (this would be an individual standard selection available in the catalog). The above changes also apply to the series 5.

This is much better than the current (partial) black panel, especially at night. I also asked my dealer what it would cost me to get the individual cohima brown leather: it's an extra 2260 on top of the black leather I already ordered :-(, so I think I'll spring for it this one,-) here is a video of a completely black panel on a 5GT

donatella (245hp) | Hi everyone, I'm about to order my F10, filming for Space Gray / Oyster, but my CA advises me not to take Oyster because it stains easily. For example, wearing blue jeans over it will slowly fade and stain it blue, etc. Can any owners share their comments and experiences with me? Thank you so much!
nonsense (405hp) | Any light color will stain over time, but if you wipe it well and keep it clean, the longevity of the leather will last... Oyster is beautiful but just needs a little maintenance. It's a bit like dark interiors versus light interiors: both are very clean but need some detailing..
08081988 (354hp) | The oyster stains easily. My driver's seat looks like a dirty shade of blue from my jeans and such. This is mainly because I haven't cleaned the seats yet, but once I get some leather cleaner I'm sure it will become light and clean again. Like we said, it just needs a little more maintenance than other colors.
C5David (525hp) | Mines Venetian Beige and after a few months it looked pretty dirty. 30 minutes with a good leather cleaner and now it's like new again.
