Remember that you radiate into the world what you yourself have. And what you emit will return to you again. Therefore, radiate love, kindness and positivity. It is also important not to be afraid to admit that right now you may really be scared and difficult. This is true for many people now, because we are all human. Even those who “you’re a psychologist” can also be scared, then why should you be ashamed of your real feelings..? Do something pleasant for yourself every day. Find what gives your life meaning and helps you maintain peace of mind and balance during these difficult times and just do it every day. Talk to your family, support them, and thereby you will be distracted and in this way you can also support yourself. Look at your cat. Try to remain calm just like he does. After all, he’s good at it, right..? Yes, you won’t always be able to help everyone and at the same moment get everything you want. But you need to keep moving forward, because who will be better off if you just stop halfway and give up? Go forward, at least in small steps, but still go towards your goal. For example, so that, despite any obstacles and external circumstances, you still learn to enjoy life and every moment of it. Remember that everything is done not against you and not because of you, but for you. Everything is either a gift or a good experience and a lesson for the future. Learn to perceive everything that happens to you this way - it will make your life much easier. Now we are all in a hurry and it’s time to take care of ourselves and our lives. Therefore, weed out all unnecessary things (people, things, events) and just watch what is happening around you. Think and draw conclusions. Live. Remember that everything that is yours will remain with you. And everything you don’t need will simply disappear from your life forever. So relax and don't panic. Everything is going as it should.
