From the author: For a year now I’ve been writing notes “Diaries of a Slim Girl,” and now for me this is no longer just an advertisement, but a special space for reflection and experimentation. I would be interested in receiving feedback from those who read my notes. What do you think about the topic under consideration? I read with horror another crazy recipe for losing weight. Either they advertise dubious pills, or some kind of porridge in bags, or tea made from mysterious herbs... Experiments on people are scary, but on your own body it’s also stupid! Maybe someone has a spare body, in case it doesn’t withstand the experiments? You, I hope, are a reasonable person and are not going to torture your body. There are also reasonable, completely safe ways to lose weight. I know from myself that you can become slim easily and pleasantly. There are many such recipes. And if you want magic, here is one of these “wonderful” and completely reasonable recipes for being slim: Take 9 balloons, paper boats or notes will also do (only then you need to go to the river) and, releasing them one by one or all together say this “Slimness Manifesto”: “I am letting go of those extra pounds, and I will no longer use them to justify my failures in life. I let go of thick cheeks and a double chin like a mask that hid me. I can be who I am! I let go of the bulky mountain-like image. I can just be a woman strong and confident in a slim body! I let go of conversations and suffering about a fat body and diets. I can show care and respect for myself, my needs and simply desires. I deserve this by the very fact of my existence!” Do you want to add something to this list? Add!And release….So easy to drop. Simple if you really want it. If you really are already doing all this. You eat normal, healthy food right away when you are hungry. You stop eating at the first sign of satiety. You move enough and with pleasure and rest on time.
