I recently met with a journalist from Klops, with whom I shared tips on how to get back into the working rhythm after the New Year holidays. The main thing is not to just relax. “In the workplace, rituals and some kind of internal culture help bring people together. For example, order on the table. Or a mess. Think about brewing some coffee, putting on some music, watching a video, listening to a podcast, and then getting into work mode,” he says. The psychologist recommends planning things in advance and making lists. This will allow you to mobilize your strength and cope with a large number of tasks. “Every week you should have a plan ready for both work and personal matters. It always helps. Open your calendar and write down what you should or plan to do,” the psychologist advises. Before going to work, Khidoyatov advises thinking about the responsibility that everyone bears for themselves and their family, and if you don’t want to work at all, you should think about changing your activity - It is important to take up your duties with pleasure. “In life there is a need to work, to return to work. It is very important not to forget about planning for the future. You need to take and bear responsibility for your own career, for your earnings, for your family, for yourself. It can be difficult to get a job that you don’t like and don’t satisfy,” the psychologist is sure. Holidays are a reason to think about your desires and plans. The New Year marks the end of one life stage and the beginning of a new one. Success implies discipline, a well-groomed appearance, and work on oneself. “There must be an end to the past period of life in order to realize what happened and formulate what will happen. What I want, who I want to be, who I want to be with, where I want to be, what I want to do. The key word is “want”, without excluding the words “should” and “obliged”. If I want to be emotionally, mentally and physically healthy, I have to take care of myself. If I want to be a successful employee at work, then I must come to work on time, follow the schedule and bring value to my company. It is also important not to fatalize the past and future, but to live in the present - here and now,” says Khidoyatov. If you find it difficult to fit into the work rhythm and feel procrastination, then sign up for a consultation with me. Now many people are making a similar request, and I know how to help you.
