One ancient philosopher said: “To breathe correctly is to live correctly.” Breathing is a very important aspect in human life. A person can live without water and without food for several days, but, alas, he cannot live without air. It is necessary to breathe correctly, and then you will develop the ability to influence the state of mind and soul, increase your energy level, stabilize your nervous system. Now I prefer to study according to the Wim Hof ​​method, but I started using the Strelnikova method. From my experience, I can see how effective this is. Some practitioners tend to believe that it does not matter whether you breathe through the nasal or oral cavity, but I stick to breathing through the nasal cavity, since it is the cavity that is intended for breathing, and not the mouth, as many people think.
