Perhaps it will be unusual for some of us to agree with the phrase - the title of the article. However, this is true. Our body is always in dialogue with us. And it always lets us know when we make the wrong decision, take the wrong step, lose contact with ourselves. How? Through pain. Why through pain? Agree, it is difficult not to notice, and often this is the only way to reach us. Through pain, our body tries to talk to us about what we do not allow in our feelings, what we do not want to think about. Some of us drown out the voice of the body by chewing pills. And you can learn to understand what our body is saying. The main cause of pain is the physical manifestation of a conflict brewing inside. For example, pain, like unexpressed anger, aggression towards someone, now directed at yourself. Or pain, like guilt. We blame ourselves for what we did or didn't do. And the guilty person (according to the laws of society) must be punished. Sudden pain from a bruise, cut or accident is often a consequence of an attempt to punish oneself and atone for guilt. With this approach, medications, of course, do not solve the internal conflict, and soon the pain returns again. Sometimes it’s scarier and harder. But as soon as you change your attitude towards pain, it turns from a hindrance into an assistant, a guide on the path to solving the problem. Pain speaks to us in a language we understand, and in order to find its cause, sometimes you can simply listen to what we say ourselves. For example, a headache. Who doesn't have a headache today? About one thing, about another, about a third. Every now and then we rack our brains over what has fallen on our heads. This makes our heads spin and begin to crack. Tired of banging our heads against the wall and jumping above our heads, we try to hold our heads high, although sometimes you want to hide it in the sand. What does a headache warn us about? That we create it for ourselves. A splitting head speaks of pressure, tension, fear and reluctance to accept some event in our life. Pain in the upper part of the head occurs when we hit ourselves over the head with reproaches and do not give ourselves the right to make mistakes. Pain in the forehead indicates stubbornness and excessive stubbornness. The head is associated with individuality and pain in it is an indicator that we do not give ourselves the right to be ourselves. This It hurts to step on the throat of our own song, and our body reminds us of this. It is also easy to understand from the sensations in the throat when we are limiting ourselves. If pain occurs when inhaling, it means that somewhere we are cutting off our oxygen, not allowing ourselves to breathe fully chest. Perhaps we are choked by resentment and bitterness. And a toad. Pain when swallowing means that we cannot accept something, “swallow.” It is important to understand what we are fed up with and what piece is not getting into our throats. And having figured out what and to whom we are afraid to say, we will be freed from the pain that prevents us from speaking. Analyzing the parts of the body in which pain appears, we can continue the analogies. If we feel pain when walking, perhaps we are moving in the wrong direction. When the pain occurs in the shoulders, most likely we have put a lot on them. And if in our hands, then it’s unlikely that what we do gives us joy. Observe yourself to see if something similar is happening to you. And, most importantly, you can start learning to understand body language at any time. You can today!))) Be friends with your body!
