The daughter is engaged in the sport, with all the ensuing consequences: a tightly built athletic figure, with good abs and a constantly disrupted menstrual cycle. There was an affair. Everything happened... But my daughter only realized the consequences when she was eight (!) months pregnant. And only because she passed a medical examination before the training camp! It’s too late to clean up, I didn’t tell my mother. Ashamed. Result: the daughter is about to leave home on business, and she begins to feel ill. Mom calls an ambulance: - The girl is having an attack, it looks like appendicitis. The ambulance takes the girl away, and as they leave, the mother is told: - The appendicitis weighs three to three and a half kilograms.... To the mother’s question, “How did you not guess before? “, the daughter reasonably remarked, “So I didn’t feel sick!” A curtain. This story got me thinking: why not dispel some of the myths associated with pregnancy? After all, all the media tell us about them, and we sincerely believe in them. But why? Myth 1: the first signs of pregnancy are nausea. Perhaps, but not for everyone. It all depends on the health status of each person. Sometimes nausea appears in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Sometimes it’s not there at all. Myth 2: craving “salty” foods. It's also not a fact. During pregnancy, global hormonal changes in the body begin, because a new life is “built” inside! And what kind of building material will be needed... it’s not known! You may well want something sweet or sour. Myth 3: a woman becomes hysterical. I agree that during this period it is harder for a woman than usual, because the body is being readjusted. But why discount such arguments as upbringing, characteristics of the nervous system and attention from loved ones, which allows a woman to be completely reasonable and calm. Myth 4: people gain a lot of weight during pregnancy. Nonsense! It’s just that during pregnancy we allow ourselves much more in terms of food delights, justifying ourselves by saying that we eat “for two”. Moreover, there is a chance to lose weight, because a child can develop at the expense of your internal resources, “eating” your sides, for example. In general: weight can and should be controlled! Myth 5: after childbirth it is impossible to lose weight, because you need to feed the baby milk, but it must be filling. Nuts can make it filling, and a lot of milk can come from drinking too much, for example. The “fullness” of milk does not depend on the abundance of food, but on the correct choice of food. I think that this is quite enough to understand one very valuable idea: if you want a child, then listen to YOURSELF, and not everyone else. After all, this is YOUR child!
