From the author: This is a completely exhausting task - trying to settle in a place that does not exist. In this article, I dwell in more detail on the second class of tasks: settling, as well as on the criteria that distinguish between settling and mining. Second class of tasks: Settle in When I settle in a place, then it, my place, exists in this world, and the knowledge about this is implicitly present in me, i.e. implicitly. It's like oxygen in the air, it is there, but how do we understand that it is there? - thanks to the ability to inhale. So here, the presence of a place for me is manifested in what opportunities are in front of me, how I can use my activity. Important: all the knowledge that I will talk about at this stage is not just thoughts that I am trying to instill in myself with auto-training , believing that “it is correct to think this way” or “an adult should think this way.” These are thoughts that I come to through relying on my sensations, my body feels this way, and I agree with it, I state this. I feel/know/feel with all of myself (i.e. holistically) that there is space for my next step and this space has a neutral or positive attitude towards my step. At this stage, I solve problems, showing flexibility, plasticity and creativity. Relying on my skills and activity allow me to remain stable in the uncertainty that our lives are full of. To solve the problems of this class, I must know about my influence on the quality and nature of relationships with others. I know with all my being that a lot depends on my actions. Including, I know the dependence of my level of comfort and pleasure on my actions. At this stage, I can be responsible for these indicators of "happiness", this is a feasible task for me, causing curiosity/excitement/excitement in me rather than fear/sadness and suffering. In other words, at this stage my self-image is based on beliefs, that “I myself am the bearer of my activity” and “I have skills and can learn new things.” And with the help of fairly free manipulation, I empirically determine how much space and in what way I want to occupy it. Important: at this stage speech is not is about independence and complete autonomy from others, on the contrary, I well understand the basis of this world - mutual influence and interdependence: of my actions from others and the influence of their actions on me. At the “settling in” stage, I have the freedom to choose my actions - whether I will solve the problem myself, or call someone for help. ***Only I know what class of problem I solve at each specific moment of my life. The same actions can be classified both there and there, so the main criterion for classification will be my feelings during the activity. For example, I cook food. Am I doing this because this particular action will now bring more warmth, comfort, satiety into my life, or am I doing this because otherwise I will consider myself a bad housewife, and they don’t like bad people? In the first case, I inhabit the space, in the second I extract. By being curious about myself, you can discover that the same actions can be in the settling class in some situation, and in another situation - in the mining class. For example, I went for shopping and trying on clothes - I can choose for a long time, spin in front of the mirror and enjoy this pastime now while I am shopping alone. But as soon as an interested person appears nearby (a friend, a loved one, or even a salesperson), I curtail my activity and try on 2-3 times fewer things, doing it much faster. Changing the class of the problem I’m solving can happen rarely, often, very often . It can happen expectedly and unpredictably. Usually, a change in the class of a task is strongly influenced by the novelty of the situation and the presence of other interested people (i.e., the relationship factor). I would also like to draw attention to a frequently encountered factor that can also be used as a criterion for transitioning a task from one class to another - how security is built: - B.
