The feeling of fear, familiar to everyone from childhood, is quite capable of poisoning the life of an adult. There are a huge number of fears and they lie in wait for people at every turn, preventing them from making quick trips, standing up for themselves in front of their superiors, or simply going for a checkup with the dentist. To overcome them, you need to go through a difficult path that requires time and perseverance. How to get rid of fear? Many recommendations have been written on this topic and master classes have been held. And even having decided to complete this task, a person also experiences fear - fear of failure. Let's look at this in more detail and determine the main directions for further action.1. If you don’t first admit that fear lives in us and affects our every day, then perhaps we should stop there.
