I recently rewatched Bulgakov's "The Master and Margarita". Many metaphors that are voiced in this work are suitable for various subjective life cases. But what is most important in this novel for me is the inner feeling of a person that he has created a truly great book. He felt like a Master, he ascended in his greatness and stopped thinking about the fact that the book might not be liked or accepted. Mastery in every person awakens at moments when the amount of knowledge, skills and abilities accumulate to the highest level. At such moments, you need to share with the world what you are strong at. It can be hand-made labor, products of mental activity, and objects of art. But recognition, the response that every master wants to hear or feel from the world is an ambiguous and not guaranteed moment. The phenomenon of talent or natural giftedness has been studied by many scientific fields. These are pedagogy, biology and psychology, sociology and other related sciences. In art, talent is discovered very early and, with the support of family, others and teachers, it can blossom and sparkle to the delight of people. In scientific circles, talented masters also have the opportunity to study and prove their own skills when defending candidate and doctoral works. And in everyday life, skill and talent achieve their popularity thanks to word of mouth. Reviews, responses, admiration and a positive trail of people’s work spread quickly and the master gains his own popularity. People go to a master cook for delicious dishes, to a hairdresser or stylist for beauty, to a doctor for health and recommendations, to a trainer for skills and abilities. And the most important thing in the work of a Master is that he is different from the majority. This is its attractive zest, which reflects the author’s inner world and gives a new emotional impulse to those around him. Therefore, the Master always does as he pleases. There is another side of work - this is the stable and confident work of many people who organize themselves in accordance with the letters of smart textbooks, in accordance with regulations and strict rules. And who knows what is worse or what is better? At all times there was a division of people's abilities, there were talented scientific and everyday discoveries. But there were also millions of happy people who lived their lives based on the experience of their ancestors and simple life values, in which clues for new discoveries of humanity are hidden.
