Your aura is the color of honey. Winter is almost over. In many ways. And this is no less frightening than the old storm. Fresh air, sun in the morning, an easy rise and a breakfast that you really want to eat... Have you ever been scared by light contrasts after a long period of blackness? Me very much. You quickly get used to the bad, adapt, adapt. Life becomes more about “survival” and “preserving integrity”, and not about pleasure and a smile. But any storm ends sooner or later. It ends on the outside faster than it can end on the inside. And if there hasn’t been a cloud outside for a long time, then inside there is still a readiness to take a blow. But there is still no blow. And it's scary. It’s scary because the realization comes “it’s time to relax, it’s time to trust the world again, it’s time to stop surviving.” And there is nothing more terrible than getting hit after you have stopped holding your defense. This fear holds, fetters and quietly whispers all sorts of nasty things into your ears. Of course, this fear is designed to protect, but only at what cost. You have to stop, turn off your thoughts and ask yourself simple, well, terribly stupid questions. What is the reality? What is happening in My life now? When was the last time fear justified itself? Questions that invariably show that fear is only a reason to acquire the illusion of safety, depriving yourself of part of life. In a safe den there are no impressions, no risk and no saturation. There is existence in it, but there is no pain. But the truth is that where there is life, there are all spectrums of sensations, emotions and experiences. Life, gushing like a source, does not have the task of making you happy - this is your area of responsibility. Life has the task of introducing a wide range of stimuli so that you can grow and develop in a variety of ways. How open will you be? How do you learn to withstand difficulties? And how much will you be able to let through your heart? Life is a source. You can distance yourself from him. You can dive in headfirst. Or you can find the contact form that suits you. If you haven't been near the water for a long time, try not to rush, just dip your palms first. Watch Your reactions. And then we will see._________________________________• Psychotherapy within the framework of the Gestalt approach: http://psybox.su/
