It will take some time. But what a result - a rocket! Bookmark it so you can always come back and remind yourself. - Look around - what’s next to you, look at what objects surround you, what are you doing? Where do you live? - What are you like now? What is the current state? Health? - Answer your question honestly: are you satisfied with who you are now? Your life? What surrounds you? Who is around you? And if the same thing surrounds you, and you remain at the same level in 5-7 years, will that suit you? - And what would you like to be? How do you see yourself? Describe (on paper, be sure to write about it) in detail as many points as possible - at least 20. Who is nearby? What surrounds you - what objects. Where do you live? What is your hobby? What do you do? You imagine and seem to paint a new picture of your world, your new life - which you would like! You will feel everything that you described to the maximum - anyone who wants can really draw it. It is important to catch this magical state of your wonderful future. When? When do you want it? Tomorrow? In half a year? Year? Give yourself real time. And the most interesting thing! There may be resistance here, but this is normal, the main thing is to do, if you want life, what was described above. - Make an action plan: What you need to start doing right now, step by step, to get the life I want, the self I see in the future, health, favorite activity, the apartment, house, villa where I want to live , the car I want to drive, the people nearby. Everything to the maximum! - And MOVE daily in the direction you set for yourself! You have a plan - don’t sit in your usual place, but do everything to achieve your goals. I’ve attached a picture for you. Look at her when you don’t want to do anything, and you think - would you like to always live in such a comfort zone, like a girl on an anthill, or is it better to live the way YOU want.
