Food and what “lives” in it. The topic of food and its influence on the human condition is relevant for many. If you examine food in constellations, you can find quite a lot interesting phenomena. Some of us, those whose relationships with food are burdened by traumatic processes: violence (non-sexual, including: “You won’t go for a walk until you eat porridge, that’s also violence”), trauma, addiction and other similar processes, tend to “confuse” food with some other things. For example, in the constellations it was revealed that sugar for some is death, and for some life... And here there is more often a connection with generational trauma than with personal history. Also historically, sweet plants were not poisonous and sweetness was a guideline that it could be eaten and that one could survive on this plant. Someone was killed over a lump of sugar. All these dynamics can be traced in the constellations. In one of the constellations, sex “lived” in the candies. After working on this topic, the lady who could not pass up candy began to treat them very calmly. It is also interesting that many people cannot do without bread. And, oddly enough, for many, bread is a symbol of belonging to a clan, family, and also... to the Christian egregor (remember the rite of communion!). If we “take out” from bread or any other product what we are used to putting into it (connection, pleasure, pain reduction, life), then the product becomes much less interesting and tasty... Chocolate is used to “eat up” losses, failed relationships, connections. And if we remember history again, then its homeland is South America. And he was brought to us. And for many, it became a connection with those who could not return, left, disappeared from our lives... Intolerance to many products, including allergies, can also be due to the fact that the product is associated with some sad story, sometimes associated with death. A colleague told me that at lunch his tablemate complained that she couldn’t eat oysters because of a terrible allergy. The work revealed that her brother died at sea, and her unconscious reflected that seafood is dangerous. Of course, all this is very individual, so there is no clear answer to the question of what a particular product is associated with. But the good news is that it can be explored and used to heal your relationship with food and life in general. What foods are relevant to you? Do you have any personal discoveries related to the process of eating? In the picture: just bread
