This is one of our most important, basic feelings. When we were born, almost everyone had it. Well, or when we were in the womb, it definitely was, we felt good there. And with the birth of someone, trust is strengthened, and for others it is broken. But now I’m talking about those who are breaking down. It always happens differently. Sudden or gradual. In early childhood or later. For example, a child approaches mom or dad for a hug, but instead of a hug he receives a rude refusal. Perhaps even a blow or punishment. And he feels rejected. He still doesn’t understand what it was and what it’s called. But the body and soul remember. Thus, having experienced this several times, the child gradually loses a sense of trust. The worst thing is that sometimes this becomes the norm. Because the child simply has no other close contact. And when he grows up, he will begin to reproduce this scenario in his life. He will constantly encounter rejection, devaluation, refusals - from people who will become important to him. Why? Because a large part of his soul remembers the trust, where things were good, and wants to return it. But the return is often experienced through the broken and rejected. And away we go - someone here goes into a chronic state of “sent again,” and someone, on the contrary, always begins to attack first. Demand immeasurably, leave, devalue, so as not to have time to feel pain of rejection. Everyone chooses their own form or something in between this and that. But hope does not go away.
