Nutrition plays an important role in human life. For a full, healthy, harmonious life, it is very important to eat properly and balanced. Food should be natural, complete, balanced, rich in important substances. Many people do not think that poor nutrition often leads to various diseases, not only on a physiological, but also on a psychological level. Often people focus only on the taste of products, appearance and do not think about the usefulness or harmfulness of these products. Vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, drinking a lot of water - all this has a good effect on our body. But there must also be a balance between these products. By changing your diet, starting to eat right, you can change your body shape, mind, energy levels, overall vitality, make your life more harmonious and healthy. If you do not have energy and health, then you will not achieve self-improvement of body, soul, and mind. By taking care of yourself with proper nutrition, you can achieve a lot in life, improve its quality, and improve your health. Strength of spirit and clarity of mind are directly related to what we eat. Yogis have always valued vegetables. They said that animal products inhibit the flow of our strength and energy. The brain and body are interconnected. You need to handle both correctly in order to build a beautiful, healthy, fulfilling, harmonious life. What does proper and nutritious nutrition give us? Increases energy levels; Normalizes body weight; Improves digestion; Increases creativity; Improves thinking, memory; Improves overall well-being. Plant foods are well digested and save our energy for more productive activities, to achieve maximum success. It is also very important not to overeat. It is rightly said that hunger is the best seasoning for food. A person needs to eat so much that his strength is restored by this food and not suppressed. I really like the saying of Socrates: “We do not live in order to eat, but we eat in order to live.” And I agree with him. There are no animal products in my diet. Personally, I don’t eat such foods; I prefer plant-based foods, as they give me more strength, energy, and lightness in my body. And I'm glad about this change. But I didn’t come to this right away. There were attempts at first, but I couldn’t get away from animal products until I understood and realized why I needed it. There was no motivation. And personally, I recommend not abruptly giving up animal products, but gradually, since it will be stressful for the body, and it will demand that, accordingly, you will not be able to give up. Socrates said: “Whatever a man says not from his own experience is not worthy of trust.” Even if he quotes me." Therefore, accordingly, I give recommendations from my personal experience. What kind of food to consume, plant or animal origin, a person chooses himself. He chooses what suits him, what he likes, and why he is doing it, what his goal is.
