When you look at the road, what associations arise in your head? Where does your imagination and fantasy lead you? And if you ask yourself, where does my path in life lead me? How do I get through it? Such interesting questions. Sometimes they sound quite strange. And answering them can be difficult. Once upon a time I read such a simple story. Its general meaning was that a person often does not understand who he is. So, a journalist walked around the airport and asked people: “What is the most unpleasant thing for you?” He heard many different answers: it’s unpleasant when you’re left alone, when it’s raining outside, when something goes missing or gets lost….and so on. And then our hero approached a man dressed in the robes of Tibetan monks and asked him this question. “What is the most unpleasant thing in your life?” “Not knowing who you are,” answered the monk. “What does that mean?” – asked the reporter. “Who are you?” he heard the question. “I am a reporter.” “No, this is your profession.” Who are you? “I am the father of the family,” our hero answered. “No, this is a social status.” Who are you? - I am a person. - No. This is the definition of the biological species homosapiens. Who are you? And then our reporter thought about it. “So I’m saying,” said the monk, “the most unpleasant thing is not knowing who you are.” When I read this note, I thought about it. I agree, our personality consists of many subpersonalities, which are reflected in one way or another in our social roles, but each of them is just a small part of something large and truly significant. Often, we associate ourselves with this part and lose the main thing - our personality, ourselves, our integrity! And without knowing the main thing, how can you decide on the secondary, how can you understand where and why you are going through this life?! It is important to realize and accept yourself as an individual, this is what will help you realize your full potential, this is what will help you realize and accept your true values, which will lead us, thanks to our conscious goals, to a feeling of satisfaction with life and ourselves. Our life path, our search for ourselves may look different. For example, as in the pictures below. Or like this: Each of us sees our life path differently. This vision changes over time, with a change in goals and values, with a rethinking of one’s life path. It is our life path that leads us from the state of disunity of our “I”, to a state of integrity, to a state of inner peace, silence within ourselves and confidence. Knowing yourself, knowing your path is the path to maturity. This is within the reach of anyone who dares to find out about themselves, who they are in this turbulent world. If you want to answer the question “Who are you” for yourself, welcome to our “The Path to Yourself” training, which can be completed both in a group and individually.
