From the author: Inflicting torment on your envious people means being in a good mood. @Diogenes Envy is an omnipresent category. A person lives his own life, encounters difficulties, tries to motivate himself to be positive. And everything seems to be working out, it’s starting to work out. Then, inevitably, a viper crawls out of the crack somewhere. So allegorical, in a sweater and trousers. Your successes and achievements haunt her. A person has absolutely no time to want to brush away this clingy creature like an annoying fly. But the spirit of an envious person is ineradicable, ingenuity takes on the most bizarre forms, up to an obsessive state, mania. Black envy can manifest itself in a variety of areas: in creativity (especially), in love, in friendship, in personal relationships. Office wars are a special topic in general. How can you survive these unproductive battles, not disturb your peace, and maintain a good mood? How not to let an ugly phantom into your life? Although no one has repealed the law of the boomerang, until it returns, your nerves can be pretty frayed. What if we go the other way? Do not notice, do not accept, do not pick up something that has fallen from the ground. Do not touch, so as not to feel the stench of stifled feelings, unfulfilled aspirations of the envious person. First of all, reassure yourself: envy really needs to be earned. It’s worth thinking about: if everyone feels sorry for you, loves you, and doesn’t scold you, there’s clearly something wrong with you. And on the contrary, the spring of envy usually unclenches in response to your positive message to the world. When a person goes “up”, obvious ill-wishers soon fall off. And the secret ones, like dogs near a caravan, continue to bark diligently. And why not take care of yourself? Obviously, there is nothing to do, everything has been transferred to the field of action of the object of envy. The position of “not spilling over” into the boundaries of another, especially one who is hostile to you, is the most constructive. Mind your own business and continue what you started. If it is difficult, unpleasant and offensive, you can talk through your thoughts about the situation and share with well-meaning people. And the best thing is to remember a beautiful black cat ignoring gray mice.
