Everything falls out of hand, there is no desire to do anything, at some point it seems that life has stopped, or even ended. There is no point in anything, everything is in vain. Is this really so? I can say that a person is in This is exactly how one experiences this moment, very complex feelings arise: - emptiness inside and outside; - detachment from the whole world and from one’s past interests; - fear of communication and lack of trust even with family and friends; - no positive feelings and emotions, everything is bad ;- lack of strength and desire to do something; - pain in the body, weight loss and gain, fear on the physical level. One day “the world collapses”, everything changes so dramatically that such a person is no longer understood, both at work and and at home, family and friends. Why the emptiness? Because the person did not expect that his world would cease to exist overnight, this is very real and suddenly there is nothing, alone with himself. It doesn’t matter that a person looks successful “from the outside” “Perhaps people will not understand that a person feels very bad inside himself, but outside he can attract attention. You can smile, carry on a conversation, be the same as yesterday, but the fact that a tragedy occurs inside a person is already very personal. How to survive such a difficult condition and get out of it, find new meanings and be reborn, become a different person :- Understand that former relationships cannot be returned, and past intimacy can hold you back as a feeling of loss and nostalgia for what was good: a beautiful evening, a romantic trip, a vacation by the sea, a party in the company of friends and good acquaintances, memories and joy from general emotional pictures of life, beloved children and friends. - Get out of the state of self-pity, give yourself the right to choose in the present time, accept yourself as a Personality who has everything you need for this, do not feel deprived and deprived of strength and opportunities, as if Fate would be unfair to you, but everyone has everything “in chocolate.” - Do regular physical exercises, exercises, yoga, and breathing practices. It is necessary to help the body and not give it your anxiety, in the form of high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, gastrointestinal disorders, etc. - Be sure to write a plan for yourself: for a week, a month... This is good discipline and stimulates the desire to do what is in the regime day, of course, this is a resource and redistribution of energy. - Return to friends and loved ones, they can support and perhaps point out what you have not seen before. - If it’s difficult to cope alone and there is no resource inside - go to therapy, don’t wait for years for everything to change without your participation, don’t put off life for later, it’s priceless. - Create new relationships, look for your happiness, life changes everything very quickly and perhaps now there will be a person nearby who lives on Earth just for you!
