What do you call yourself? How do you address yourself? Do you address... On the one hand, talking to yourself is somehow strange. But conversations are different. How often with a loved one, it is enough to meet eyes in order to understand and receive information. But this is with a loved one, but can a person whom you don’t call yourself be close? So what do you call yourself? Full name (first name and patronymic) or last name, childhood name or friendly nickname? Think about it, try it on... My full name is Elena Viktorovna, my family calls me by my short name, and my husband calls me by his affectionate nickname. Surely you have many names too. How do you use them? When you are sad or afraid, you feel small (to them), and to feel supported, you can call yourself by an affectionate name, the one your mother called you when you were a child. It’s amazing how, as we grow up and change, we We retain all our life experiences within ourselves. And that little girl (little boy) that we all were many years ago still lives within us. This baby has not gone anywhere, he (she) has simply “overgrown” first with a teenager, and then with an adult. Remember the words from the famous song: “Nothing on earth passes without a trace, and departed youth is also immortal...” And all our ages manifest themselves at different moments in life. When I am close to my parents, I feel a child inside me; when I fall in love, I am a young girl; when I talk to children, I am an adult woman. Each age state carries with it many opportunities, many gifts. And what a pity, it happens to me to observe an adult who has forgotten, abandoned his inner child. Namely, the memory of a childhood state gives us the opportunity to rejoice. A person who denies the child in himself suffers in a joyless, gray life. And he often seeks solace (calling it relaxation) in some kind of surrogates - alcohol, gambling or overeating. Thus, gradually, problems, diseases, and excess weight accumulate. After all, sweets often replace joy... Or you can simply call yourself by your child’s name and ask: “baby, what do you want? What can I do for you right now?” You are your own best friend and parent. Only you can take the best care of yourself. And for starters, tell me, what do you call yourself? Adults who have already achieved a lot in life often come to me for weight loss classes, and in the process of working with slimness, we open up many more new opportunities. These are opportunities not only to get rid of excess weight, but also to improve the quality of life, bringing confidence, peace and joy into it. Another of these opportunities is the lesson “Get rid of the burden of guilt, shame, resentment and live freely” Often incomprehensible and unreasonable the feeling that you are unworthy of the best poisons life and prevents you from achieving success in business and personal relationships. Do you want to get rid of unnecessary burden? You can start with this lesson. Classes in a warm, friendly atmosphere use conversation, group exercises, meditation, games, art therapy. The class will take place on July 24 from 12-18 hours. Additional information and pre-registration by phone. 47-69-88 from 10 to 20 o'clock. Sincerely, Elena.www.nextlevel.su [email protected]
