There are different styles and schools of ikebana. This ancient art represents a whole world in which flowers and other natural objects - herbs, foxes, twigs, pine cones, stones symbolize certain metaphorical images of the Universe. It is very cool to immerse yourself in this healing space and begin to slowly discover and understand the secret meanings, embedded in the archetypal symbols of living nature. So, for example, if your life requires renewal, breakthrough, creativity, a change in old patterns, then it will be important for you to work with large scarlet flowers with powerful dark green leaves. And choose a flying form of the composition, with the central stems and branches striving upward. And when there is not enough sexual energy, then to compose a bouquet you will need a set of symbol plants such as reeds, anthurium with a yellow tongue, rounded flexible vine branches - as an option. For general The use of red berries and apples in the center of the composition is well suited to harmonize the sphere of life, relaxation and tranquility. And also a lotus flower, sedge, pink and orange flowers. In general, this is a whole science about the microcosm of semantic interpretations of images of plants and flowers, all natural material that goes into creating your unique author's works. An experienced eco-art therapist will explain the meanings of the color scheme and will “translate” to you the features of the messages carried by certain plants, stones, ribbons and other materials used during eco-ikebana art therapy sessions. In any case, the subconscious here prolongs the work of pulling flower symbols into the field, those unexpressed feelings, unresolved complexes, and other problems that have been accumulating inside you for a long time. And the plant material itself is very favorable for tactile sensations. And the visual and olfactory channels complement the therapeutic effect of the bouquet on its creator. And also fine motor skills of the hands - it is shown to everyone without exception, but especially to older people and clients with various problems of the psychological spectrum. We will study all this in the course of eco-art therapy , and I will simultaneously post information for you in this series of articles.
