An important question for life: how to learn to trust and why? Let’s speculate a little. To the question: do you want to be happy? Most will answer “Yes”. To the question: do you want to be rich? Again, the majority will answer “Yes.” Do you want to be healthy, loved, enjoy life, etc. Answers: Yes, Yes, Yes. What do we observe in reality? The majority of people still choose struggle, resistance, sacrifice, patience, bearing their a heavy cross. Why does this happen? Because there is no trust. Trust is a fundamental feeling in relationships, in achieving goals, in delegation, in cooperation. That is, the lack of trust, one way or another, leads us to suffering, restrictions, loneliness (albeit formal). Someone may disagree with me. Let's look at different variations. Example: I entrust part of my work to someone (delegation). Result: I get more done; I do what I like; I provide work to others; there is a replacement; gradually less and less temporary involvement is formed, which allows you to do something new, develop, stay in the flow. There are advantages for me, there are advantages for others in the form of work, in the form of a voluminous result. Is this possible without trust? If I don’t trust, I criticize, I demand, I find flaws, instead of correcting and teaching, I correct, I get angry, I do it myself, I get tired, irritated, disappointed. In the end, I am convinced that I need to do everything myself. Hence the excellent student syndrome, perfectionism and other demands on oneself. Example: Let's consider relationships. I meet a wonderful man, I gladly accept his attention, I let him make decisions, I enjoy his responsibility. The man feels my relaxation, joy, gratitude and every day he wants to please me more and more. It is important for a man to be God to his woman. Result. I live easily, I love and be loved, I do women’s things, even if it’s a business (it’s for pleasure, even if it brings good money). The man next to me is happy, blossoms, conquers more and more heights, feeling support and gratitude in my face. Is it possible to build a harmonious relationship without trust? No. At most, it will be a partnership, without intimacy. Partnership is based on the material aspects of life, and not on the inner feeling of life. And everything material is relative, temporary and does not belong to a person. How relationships develop without trust. A person gets tired of being alone, his strength is running out, he is no longer able to resist his demands, he meets another and trusts. But after a short rest, it closes and begins to behave out of habit, that is, to defend itself from the world and from those who are nearby. And so, relationships become tense, distant, break up, or people simply tolerate it. There are a lot of examples that can be given. That's not the point. The bottom line is that it is important to develop trust in yourself, trust in people, trust in the Universe. What does trust in yourself give? Decisiveness and effectiveness of actions. A desire, an idea arose, turned into a goal, action, result. If there is no trust in yourself. An idea, a desire, arose. A person begins to think, can he afford it? Does he really need this? It's so difficult. Can wait for a better time. So many difficulties. And this desire remains inactive, that is, it is suppressed. With every suppressed desire, the love of life fades and disappears. Why, if it's doomed? And a person begins to simply survive as a biological species, working to eat. Eats, filling the void. Drinks to distract himself, etc. What gives you trust in people? Resources for realizing ideas, desires, goals. There is no need to manipulate people by setting conditions. It is important to find like-minded people who want to be with you and move along the path of life together. Delegation is a wonderful thing. A team is a union of people who have the same goal, but different preferences and abilities. For example, let’s take team sport, volleyball (it’s closer to me))). The team has a captain, a diagonal player, a first tempo, second tempo, setter, libero. Players have different tasks and abilities. Someone jumps better, someone is stronger on serve, someone plays the first tempo better, etc. If you remove a player, there will no longer be a team. There will be a group without a link and the result will suffer. Let’s take any company. There is an accounting department, there is legal support, a logistics department, production, a warehouse, an advertising department, a sales department, etc. Of course, you can do work for money. But any result of unification, built on trust, gives a more effective, more pleasant and interesting result. What does trust in the Universe give? This is a favorite point. Trust in the Universe gives you enjoyment of life, fulfilled desires, interest, miracles, the simplest ways to realize your goals, simply paradise. Great. I think the question of why to trust has been sorted out. The question remains: How to learn to trust? but due to past experience, I’m afraid to trust (for example, mom depended on dad, and he reproached her, or mom was strong and provided for herself, or something else). I am very tired of surviving, I met and trusted, but there is trust inside. First, let me remind you. What if you forgot))).You control your own faith. Faith for you is what you consider acceptable. No one knows your desires better than you yourself. How to learn to trust? Just learn. Because if you live in a position of defense, you do not have the skill of living in trust and you need to learn this through training and conscious behavior. I’ll disappoint you right away: it’s very difficult to learn on your own. Believe me, this is not a PR stunt, but personal experience. Our brain simply protects us from pain. And criticism is pain. And self-criticism is the strongest blow to self-esteem, which is why the mind often leads around the bush, but never lets you get to the bottom of the truth (your own experience). I wish it was less painful for you. Simple recommendations for developing trust: 1. The best way is to find a coach in tune with whom you internally believe and are ready to accept his faith and support. Believe me, all psychologists have exactly this goal, to share their experience, fill you with faith and let you go on your own as a happy person. 2. Listen to yourself, your feelings, thoughts, desires. Write down those that especially hurt you or are often repeated. Analyze why they arise but are not implemented. If something arises, it arises for something, this desire needs an outlet in order for something new to form. Remember life is dynamic, it is a flow.3. Expand the boundaries of your consciousness. Consider existing options, consider the craziest options. Find what you like, what is interesting, what you are willing to take risks in (risk is a separate topic).4. Find those people with whom you can be free and yourself. It is with such people that we can grow and develop. With others, we remain static because we constantly meet their expectations, which does not allow us to change. And development is transformation and change, not static.5. When a comfortable path or resource has been found, ask yourself the question: why not? Why might it not work out for you? What's stopping you? Who can be against it? Etc.6. We choose the information that is consistent with our desires. You look for examples, read books, study the lifestyles of people who already have what you want, attend seminars, webinars, courses, etc. That is, expand the boundaries of possibilities. After all, there are never enough opportunities. No one limits your possibilities. Only you can do this.7. Use past experience. Review your life, the result. What skills are not enough? There is not enough information to be sure. You can find everything in the world. You can do anything. But satisfaction is characterized by the fact that you do what you want and get results. When you start doing what they want from you (family, society) you will receive their praise and feed your Ego. At the same time, there is a possibility that in his later years the understanding will come: “I proved that I am a great lawyer, but I never decided to climb Everest.” Why make your own mistakes when someone already made them?...
