I wanted to read something. They suggested that there is such an author as Kurt Vonnegut. With my memory, it was difficult for me to figure out what I read from him and what I didn’t. First, it is important to look at the author, I began to think about his biography, how he was captured during the German counter-offensive in the Ardennes. All of Vonnegut's experiences were reflected in his books, especially in Slaughterhouse-Five, or the Children's Crusade. And my childhood dream, that when I re-read a book, I find a different plot in it, does not work because of these rules of life. But you can always find a new perspective, find new experiences, experience a different impression from the same plot. Due to the complexity and inexhaustibility of the world, it can be considered constantly changing. And even our experience, which is inevitable because it has already been experienced, becomes different in today’s new experiences. This is how I try to circumvent the laws of time and space. The laws of a narrative told seemingly once and for all. And I open the book...
