From the author: The article is posted on my website Do you like dieting? Some of you will immediately exclaim: “Of course not! This is such torture!” And someone, shrugging their shoulders, will say: “Well, how else can you lose weight, only diets help...” There are also those who will sigh heavily: “Beauty requires sacrifice...” and begin to look for a new super diet... It’s surprising that most women still time they are looking for ways to get rid of excess weight, many know so much about diets that from their knowledge one can already compile a large encyclopedia, but despite this wealth of information, they never begin their path to slimness. And often this is precisely due to the ambiguous attitude of women towards diets. Many people no longer like going on diets, some have already experienced weight gain after dieting more than once, but most have no idea what to do instead. In addition, giving up diets for women can be downright scary! Here lies precisely one of the clues to the mysterious fact that most women never dare to start moving towards slimness... Meanwhile, the fear of giving up the restrictions that offer us diet, completely natural. Why can we say that this fear is natural? In order to understand this, I suggest you take a short excursion into your own childhood. Were you able to choose your own food as a child? Or did you have to eat only what your mother or grandmother offered?... Could you eat as much as you wanted, leaving part of the portion on the plate? Or did you still have to finish everything so that your mother would not be upset?...Have you ever had dinner when you were really hungry, and not when your mother said? Of course, most of us ate what adults gave us. Some tried to give up their unloved porridge or disgusting meatballs, but what did they usually hear in response to this? “Eat what they give you!” “Eat porridge, otherwise you won’t grow!” “This is not a restaurant for you to order!”... And you had no choice but to finish your breakfast or lunch, choking and swallowing tears... Finish your food so that your mother would not swear or be upset, because in childhood it is so scary to lose your mother’s love, really ?... Probably even worse, things were so that you could have lunch or dinner only if you were hungry... Is this so? What am I leading to all this? And to the fact that as a child, your parents hardly took into account your wishes, they hardly listened to the needs of your body... Of course, they did this with the best intentions - they wanted to feed deliciously, they wanted the child to grow up strong and healthy... And they also wanted, so that you are obedient... So, since childhood, the habit has been formed of being obedient girls, not upsetting your mother, living under the control of adults, because in childhood such control often means the attention and love of the most dear people... In addition, such obedience leads to the fact that the child begins to be afraid of wanting anything at all! He is afraid that he will anger his parents with his desires, because they don’t like it so much if he has “his own opinion on every matter”... Especially if this child is a girl. When they become adults, many continue to live as if they still do not have the right to freely express your desires. Moreover, such adult “obedient girls” are somehow calmer when they have clear guidance on any issue in life. And even more so, on such an important issue as food! So we go on diets, denying ourselves the pleasure of enjoying the taste of food... And we continue to believe that by following all the rules, you can become slim and happy... But how much slimness is there? , let alone the happiness that diets bring you?... Probably not very much. Diets literally rob women of the joy of life, alienate them from their body, muffle feelings and suppress the manifestations of creativity... So, giving up diets, especially if you are such an “obedient girl,” you will, of course, be worried at first, and this will be quite Fine. This anxiety may even cause you to gain a few extra pounds! But after a while, when you
