Friends, what are emotions for you? How often have you wanted to do everything in your power so as not to be sad, not to cry, not to experience sadness and melancholy? Often, in order to avoid these manifestations, a person commits a lot of actions that subsequently have a very negative impact on his future life. This applies to all areas: success, health, emotional intelligence, communication with the environment. And few people think that the answers to many questions have echoes from distant childhood:❗"Don't be sad - have the candy!"❗"Boys don't cry! Do you want to become a girl?"❗"Why are you crying? Is that a problem? "👆Which of you has never heard such statements as a child?👆 But they are a direct path to the risks of compulsive overeating, low self-esteem and psychosomatic manifestations that arise as a result of “swallowing” feelings that are objectionable to society.🤔 “To be happy is good, to be sad is good.” bad";🤔"To have fun is wonderful, to be angry is shameful."🌠Such assessments over time develop into unambiguous beliefs that sadness is a “-” sign and must be carefully avoided. Of course, we are not talking about chronic conditions, but about situational emotions.👆 However, in addition to excluding harm to the psyche and health, there are still many positive aspects that can be used by recognizing sadness and legalizing its “right to exist”:🌿Sadness allows " slow down”, “ground yourself”, gives you the opportunity to think about the situation, the problem; Tears caused by sadness are about liberation, cleansing the psyche and the general emotional background! If you don’t sink to the bottom of the state, then sadness allows you to solve complex problems and think more deeply information;🌿Sadness is an emotion that gives birth to some of the most unique creative masterpieces;🌿It serves as one of the body’s main tools in the process of adapting to changing external conditions.👐 Let me clarify once again - now we are talking about a relatively short-term state. In case of “protracted” sadness, which has a risk of “developing” into depression, the help of a specialist is important: a psychologist or psychotherapist.
