From the author: sexologist-psychotherapist, family psychologist. expert on television programs, member of the professional psychotherapeutic league, master of NLP, educational psychologist, specialist in the eastern version of neuroprogramming, specialist in personal well-being and family relationships, trainer, coach, esoteric psychotherapist. The author of more than 500 articles on a variety of problems, which you can see by looking at the *articles* section and, probably, this will already help solve your problem. The author of more than 100 training programs, which you can see by visiting my video channel on YouTube and typing “Afanasyeva Lilia.” I’ll start with the fact that we, ladies, are characterized by such fear, especially now, when the situation in the world is turbulent and unstable, and additionally “inflated” by the media, in this case, I’m talking about the fear of sexual violence. This problem periodically “pops up” among my clients who come to me with their sexual women’s problems, and I, as a family psychologist, psychotherapist and sexologist, have to work with this fear and remove it. Here is a typical case. A girl from Moscow came to me for a consultation. Initially, we began to work with her problem of frigidity and anorgasmia, although this interpretation was not entirely correct, it belonged to the client herself, who did not receive a vaginal orgasm, she had an orgasm from clitoral stimulation, but it was devalued by the girl, and she always wanted something more. But in this case, this is not the topic of my article, so we move on. And then the fear of sexual violence came out. She said that, fortunately, nothing like that happened in her life. But fear still lives in her, and it has especially intensified recently in connection with well-known events in Europe. The client, by the way, is legally married, and everything is relatively good here. Now we will touch on the problem of “sexual violence,” I think , this will allow us to understand what could be the possible cause here. this problem. Because this fear can be very dangerous, especially in the presence of “victim syndrome”. But I won’t scare you, because everything is completely solvable. And we, family psychologists, psychotherapists and sexologists often have to work with similar problems. So, let’s return to my client from Moscow. When we began to look into this difficult situation, at first, as often happens, the problem turned out to be the TV. And indeed, this “magic box” can show this... and you know it yourself. Having easily removed everything, we moved on. The client remembered her teenage years, then she lived in a small village. As often happens, the lighting was poor, and when she returned home late from dancing, she had to cover some part of the journey on foot, walking along a deserted road along which trees grew. Sometimes, when nervous tension was running high, she simply tried to run through this section as quickly as possible. This went on for quite a long time, I, as a family psychologist, psychotherapist and sexologist, had to remove the fear that was sitting in the depths, which now, in general, was successful, since everything was rethought and understood anew by my client, and the fear began to gradually let go of her ..After which we came up with the topic of school. There was a teacher who evoked inner fear and some kind of sharply negative attitude in the teenage girl. One of them was a physics teacher, and now the girl said that there was not even a hint on his part, but somehow he still “weaved” into this fear. I asked her: “You probably didn’t like physics?” And she answered: “Yes, I couldn’t stand it, I had difficulties with this subject!” There was another teacher, already at the institute, he simply caused some kind of negative state in the client, although he never taught classes with them . This man had a heavy, prickly look, somewhat reminiscent of the image of a maniac on TV, and walked around in some kind of saggy robe. Next, a story the client heard about a pedophile surfaced. Family psychologists, psychotherapists and sexologists.
