The human body is structured very rationally, it develops to the maximum what is often and actively used, and deprives of strength what is rarely included in activity. Energy in human affairs goes only to what works. What is not used gradually atrophies... Now let's try to imagine two things: first, that the Universe is no less rational than an individual organism, and second, that money is not a material object, but energy. From these positions, the presence or absence of finances for individuals becomes much more understandable and harmonious. It is unlikely that anyone will argue that sitting on the sofa for hours with the TV remote control is not a very useful thing for the “torso”. In order to press a button with your finger, you need a minimum amount of energy. And each time it becomes more and more difficult to tear yourself away from the soft pillows - there is no energy in the body. Gone. And a little later, perhaps, her wife and even her cat left with her... No energy - no attraction. And the fat that appears on the sides is in no way a sign of health. Money lying in a stocking is a person on the sofa. They are static. They have no power. They don't attract anything to themselves. They just “lie”. The banal accumulation of money is similar to the accumulation of fat on the sides - there is no health in it. Let's swing the pendulum: a person has got his hands on sports. “I will become a champion! I’ll tear everyone apart!” The body passes an incredible amount of energy through itself and spends it sparingly. Result: in the best case, the next day you will have a fever and shaking arms and legs. At worst - torn muscles, displaced vertebrae and other fractures. Large sums of money, recklessly put into circulation in casinos and various funds with high interest rates, cause too high energy traffic and after a short period of time the energy for the money becomes insufficient. Energy and then real bankruptcy occurs. Financial strength. The most optimal option for physical training is to work out all muscle groups with a wide variety of exercises. Some feel slightly tired. For some, it’s like “I can’t do it anymore + one more time.” The main thing is to pump up not only your legs, but also your body, not only your arms, but also your back, not only your neck, but also your abs. The body must be dynamic, work, receive loads. Then take a break from some stresses and turn on others. In this case, energy “gets used” to constantly being driven through the body, there are no places of stagnation in the body, everything works harmoniously and clearly. The fat goes away, the muscle grows, and slight fatigue today adds the feeling that you are alive, and tomorrow it makes you have a little more energy than yesterday. Money must work. It is advisable to work in several directions at once. They deposited something in the bank, spent something on precious metals, played with some amounts (why not?) on the stock exchange, put something into circulation in their business, spent something on pleasure and entertainment. But fluidity must be constant. This is the only way the energy in money is constantly preserved and multiplied, which, in turn, attracts other money. “The muscle grows.” A training person always knows why he goes to class. Whether he wants to pump up his biceps and amaze the girls with a beautiful figure in the summer, whether he wants to get rid of back pain or just keep his body in good shape to feel energetic - the goal is always clear. If there is no goal, there is no motivation; if there is no motivation, there is no energy. No energy - no training. Training should be fun, but it cannot be training for the sake of training. Training is a means to achieve a specific goal. A person who makes money must understand what he will spend it on. Spending money is very important. You need to get used to it and know how to spend it. And enjoy it. And don’t be afraid to gradually spend a little more, just as an athlete isn’t afraid to gradually give himself an increasingly greater load. The question is “graduality”. In this case, there will always be enough energy. But, once again, money should always have a purpose. Any specific goal or!
