Friends, greetings. This article will be useful to current school graduates and their parents. In England they say: “Luck always smiles on those who have worked hard.” And I’ll also add on my own behalf: “and to those who know how to show the result of their work.” During the exam, you show what you have learned earlier, so do it calmly and confidently. An exam is not torture, and certainly not an execution. The exam is a test of your knowledge and skills. If you worked, then you will have something to show. Yes, all this is understandable, if not for one BUT! It happens that a graduate worked hard during the year and wrote tests and test papers well, solved Olympiad tasks superbly, and at the most crucial moment, in the exam when you need to fully express yourself, show everything you are capable of, you get lost, hesitate and fail the test! It’s a shame. That’s not the right word! So much effort “down the drain!” Why does this happen? Why are ordinary essays written perfectly, but at crucial moments there is an offensive failure!? I collected the reasons based on the real stories of the guys with whom I studied before the exams. The first reason. Fears. Many different..... Below are just a few: Fear of making a mistake. Fear of failure. Fear of not living up to the expectations of parents and teachers. Fear of disgrace. Fear of the future. I won’t act. Excessive anxiety. Overwhelm yourself. Fear paralyzes a person. Makes you freeze, run away or hit. During the exam, this manifests itself in the form of stupor, freezing, numbness or excessive fuss, haste, and nervousness. The result is inattention, absent-mindedness, difficulty concentrating - errors, poor results. The second reason. Brain overload with information. We live in a world overflowing with information. Information flows pour in from all sides. We see, hear, think, smell, touch information. New information enters our brain constantly. Even at night, when we sleep, it seems that our brain is also resting, but it is not! The brain works in sleep, processing information received during the day. In moments of tension, stress, active mental work, the brain experiences enormous stress! For its normal functioning, it requires good nutrition in the form of oxygen and vitamins. Nutrients to the brain come from the blood, and the blood moves through the vessels. The state of our health, namely the health of the neck and spine, directly affects our brain and learning. PS Learning, the assimilation of new information in large quantities directly depends on the state of the human brain. To improve the functioning of the brain at critical moments, it is necessary to take timely care of its good supply of oxygen and nutrients and learn to relieve your head from excessive worries in the form of fears and anxiety. Dear parents, teach your children to cope with fear and anxiety. And if you yourself don’t know how, then I invite you and your graduate to a personal consultation. Family psychologist. Relationship problems in couples. Cheating, jealousy, coldness, misunderstanding. Short-term therapy for panic attack, phobia, anxiety, psychotrauma, trauma of violence, acute stressful situation. I accept in person in Kazan and online. Write: +79503117621
