At some point, a person may discover that old habits have not only lost significance, but are leading to the destruction of life. Then there is a need to change everything. Transformation is a painful process. This is similar to how old skin is peeled off along with outdated dogmas and patterns that have grown into a person’s soul. The old and unnecessary trash that you are so used to should be thrown away. Otherwise, there will be no room for a new life. Liberation is accompanied by painful thoughts about the past. Events that seemed valuable begin to emerge in memory. But the transformation works like a millstone, grinding everything that remains. Therefore, at some point a person may panic and want to stop the process of change. A transformation started and suddenly stopped is like a train suddenly stopping at full speed. It is dangerous and carries unpleasant consequences, since the person is already partially immersed in change, and part of his life has gone through a rearrangement. It will not be possible to return to the previous state. And if you decide to change your life, then it would be more logical to bring everything to the end. The first step is difficult. But the second one is no less difficult. Even having reached the middle of personality transformation, it will be just as difficult for a person as at the very beginning. Fears and anxieties about the future will appear. After all, the unknown future is frightening in its unpredictability. And the past is so familiar and understandable. How to stay afloat and not disrupt the process of change? Maintain contacts with those who are dear to you and understand you. The transformation can take quite a long time. During this period, the need to be alone with oneself appears. It `s naturally. After all, a person must comprehend the changes and get used to them. But being alone for too long can lock a person into his own world and confuse his thoughts. The best solution is to balance between communication and solitude. Keep a diary. Get into the habit of writing down your thoughts. This will help you analyze changes in your life. By building logical chains, it is easier to understand what has been accomplished and what still needs to be accomplished and changed in yourself. Set goals for every day. Let these be small tasks. Don't plan too much so you don't get overwhelmed. You will simply increase the number of new tasks over time as you complete the old ones. The end of the transformation process will not be obvious. You will just one day realize that you are living completely differently for a while. Don’t think of the result as an important mission. After all, our whole life is a global process of transformation. Simply divided into stages. Every day can bring change. Each new day can be the same as the previous day. But in our thoughts we always allow ourselves to think about something new. Remember that you are the creator of your destiny! And the result depends only on your actions or inactions!
