The birds are singing, the golden spring sun is filling the streets with a special mood. It seems that bright, light-filled sprouts of some exciting sensation are breaking through the remnants of winter fatigue and apathy. Maybe this is a premonition of the joy of summer, or maybe just a desire to love. You can love in particular: a man or a woman, a child, parents, a dog, a car, a cake... . But you can love in a broad sense: life, spring, homeland, the universe =) ...And in all the diversity of love, you can love YOURSELF. For me, self-love was the most difficult thing. I couldn’t understand how you could love yourself at all. I was sure that I needed to educate myself, carefully exposing all my shortcomings. Yes, and what kind of love can we talk about if in the mirror I see not an ideal worthy of love, but a fat, nasty woman?! The habit of considering oneself from the point of view of mistakes, mistakes, shortcomings, instilled from childhood, on the one hand, bears fruit in the form of self-discipline and a certain order of life. On the other hand, it deprives you of joy, turning life into survival and existence. This position often brings disappointment in oneself and others, because the ideal does not exist in nature. And constant disappointment leads to a feeling of powerlessness, irritation, anger. And what happens to the weight? It grew up with me. I felt sorry for myself with chocolates and brightened up my life with cakes until I gained so many extra pounds that it became hard for me to walk and hard to breathe. Now, on a bright spring day, I remember this with sadness and relief, because I have found a way and opportunities to get out of this vicious circle into a normal, STRONG, joyful life. In order to live in harmony, I use every opportunity to please myself. And spring is a wonderful occasion to show love and care for yourself. You can return from work on foot or take an evening walk. It’s especially pleasant to walk if you take care of comfortable shoes and clothes in advance. You can simply smile when addressing your family and little acquaintances, and their reciprocal smiles will delight and give you strength. You can also take care of a special spring menu. Are you happy with spring greenery? Include more greens in your diet. All possible cereals and durum pasta will help you feel energetic throughout the day. And animal products (meat, poultry, fish, seafood) will give the body the opportunity to be strong and maintain the elasticity of the skin and hair.
