It’s rare that someone manages to live their life without being in debt to someone. If with material debts it is even more or less clear: “I have to - I gave it away and the matter is handed over,” but what to do with moral and psychological debts. If you owe no more, no less, but life? (Usually this debt is indicated by the phrase “I have put my whole life on you”). And you feel guilty, angry and uncomfortable about this. How to pay off this debt? What to do with him? The basis of any debt is an obligation... From this arises an obligation, an obligation. The duty is characterized by the following attitude: “If I received something from someone, then I must give something of equal value in return. And if I cannot repay it, then a feeling of guilt and dependence arises (until I repay the debt, I cannot be free).” Let's look at this issue from the other side. If we give something to someone, we do not always expect the same in return; in most cases, gratitude is a full “payment”. We want the other person to be grateful to us for what we do for him. Gratitude does not imply any dependence, no feeling of guilt. This is a positive self-sufficient feeling. Check all your debts. Maybe some duties and obligations can be converted into gratitude, and live in harmony with yourself and loved ones?
