The second principle sounds like this. 2⃣ “Anxious control of what does not depend on me takes away my strength.” Waiting for misfortune keeps you on alert and this is a very energy-consuming process for the psyche. We sat like that for a little bit and, hello, loss of strength. Stressful preparation for misfortune is a big pump for pumping out your energy. When stress eats up your brain and body one spoonful at a time. And if a negative event does happen, you will face it in complete powerlessness. Switch to other things! This will save energy and make you more resilient. Stop focusing on hypothetical threats and you will feel much more secure. The third principle is about trust in the world. 3⃣ “I can only influence what I can. Everything else will work out without me.” The world around you was not created by you. This is a gift that you received from life. And trust in the world is formed on the foundation of the fact that you are not able to influence all the work. Ambitions to control the world promote anxiety. But Control is an illusion. A way to escape from your own horror of unpredictable reality. Ask yourself a simple question more often - can I influence something? For example, do not trust scammers with your money. Yes. It is in your area of ​​influence. What if we are talking about other people's money? No. Here your control is meaningless. If you are fixated on something, you spin around like a broken carousel. Until parts start flying away from you. Get used to the idea that only you control the flow of your attention (remember that attention = the amount of vitality).
