/step-by-step instructions for finding a happy and joyful life/ If you are sad, it seems that the whole world has turned against you, that everything good in your life has evaporated, then take it off urgently "black glasses". And, for starters, re-read the most classic of all. Remember the old woman from “The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish”? Well, yes, she is not as good as you, and you don’t have a lot to offer. What is there? This is where we start. How often do you notice what you have and not just notice, but rejoice and say “thank you”? Alas, a lot remains beyond human attention and becomes undeservedly familiar. Gradually, the feeling of happiness goes away and takes with it past victories, successes and achievements. Surely you have heard many times, and you yourself have found yourself in a situation where you said with deep regret and sadness: “We don’t keep what we have, we cry when we lose it.” One of the main components of a happy life remains the ability to rejoice in what you already have and take it not just for granted, but see it as a great gift, good luck, luck. If you are sitting in a cozy home, you are surrounded by loved ones, you have excellent health, but you whine that there is nothing good in life, then, as you yourself understand, you are letting the universe know that everything given to you today has no meaning. The forces of nature don't have to work anymore. Sooner or later you find yourself in the same position as the heroine of the fairy tale about the goldfish: The fish said nothing, Only splashed its tail in the water And went into the deep sea... ...An old woman is sitting on the threshold, And in front of her is a broken trough...But let's leave “a broken trough” for an ungrateful old woman. You and I are going to live a joyful, happy life and we will treat the “goldfish” with respect and gratitude. For convenience, let's divide our steps to establish a positive attitude towards life into 4 stages. Stage No. 1. We take a sheet of paper or open a new file and make list No. 1 under the general title “I want and have it.” Look around you and think about what makes you happy now, what matters and evokes pleasant emotions. Let it be the little things that you may not have noticed before. For example, a cup of aromatic good coffee on the table, a smile from a colleague sitting opposite, a good relationship with parents. In a word, everything that finds a positive, emotional response in you, pleases, inspires, and you want it to always remain that way. Now look at your list and thank yourself, your unconscious, the universe for everything you wrote down. Do this every day. Let your list grow and make you happy. After some time, you will notice how much easier, simpler, brighter your life will be. The world, as a grateful client, will send you more and more gifts. He will want to pamper you, fulfill your wishes, throw up lucky circumstances, because you love him, love life and everything that happens to you. Believe me, the unconscious and all kinds of forces of nature are very pleased to receive kind words and support from you. Do you like it when you are praised? That's the same... Stage No. 2. We don't stop and continue to move towards a happy life. Let’s start making list No. 2, let’s call it “I don’t have this, but I want it.” Give free rein to your desires. Imagine that you are preparing a request for a wizard and everything you order will certainly come true. Write from the heart, sincerely, with a smile and sweet anticipation. And who was it inside you howling: “I have no desires, I don’t want anything”? Throw this whiner away. Everyone always has desires. Only some allow themselves to let them out, and some “seal themselves up” so deeply that they themselves begin to be afraid of it. And who told you that any deviation from the standard set of desires “certificate-diploma - bonus - pension” is a pathology? This may seem blasphemous to you, but try to at least admit and think about the following thought: “You don’t owe anyone anything! Living under the words “must” and “must” is the same as giving/
