Surely you will think: “I’m already breathing. What do I have to do with this?” Now read on. Think about any of your problems or tasks that you need to solve. Imagine it in the form of some image. Think: What the color of this image? What size? What shape? What structure? Is this image far from you or close? How do you feel imagining this image? You can write down your observations so as not to keep them in your head. Now let’s sit as described in the previous article We continue the exercises that will allow us to breathe easily and freely. 1. Inhale and as you inhale, pull your shoulders towards your ears. As you exhale, lower your shoulders to the starting position. Repeat this exercise five to six times. Take a slow breath counting 1-2-3 -4-5 and exhale slowly on a count of 1-2-3-4-5. This exercise expands the lower lobes of the lungs and their volume increases as you inhale. 2. Inhale and as you inhale, move your shoulders back so that the shoulder blades are as close as possible to each other. As you exhale, round your back. Repeat this exercise five to six times. Take the starting position - shoulders over your hips, ears over your shoulders, stretch up with the top of your head. Take a slow breath counting 1-2-3-4-5. and slow exhale on a count of 1-2-3-4-5.3. As you inhale, stretch your chest forward, while moving your arms back. As you exhale, round your back and cross your arms in front. Repeat this exercise five to six times. Inhale slowly on a count of 1- 2-3-4-5 and exhale slowly to the count of 1-2-3-4-5. How are you feeling now? How is your body feeling? What emotions are you experiencing? What thoughts come to mind? What is your intuition telling you? Imagine an image of your problem or task that you need to solve. Think: What color is this image? What size? What shape? What structure? Is this image far from you or close? How do you feel imagining this image? You can write down your observations to don't keep them in your head. Compare your condition in the first case, before you did the exercises, and in the second. I think the second image will be much more pleasant than the first. Good luck with your practice! I invite you to trainings on conscious breathing. Phone number for consultations 8-908-64-07-483
